WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Federal court ruled on Tuesday that a controversial Texas voter identification law discriminates against black and Hispanic voters, effectively killing the law before it could take effect for the November 6 presidential election.

The U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia issued the ruling. ..

“Yep, I couldn’t believe the weak pandering to the race baiters club.”

When the Republicans took the presidency, the Senate, and the House during the early Bush years, I was hopeful there would be meaningful change away from the FDR/LBJ socialist nanny state.

That didn’t work out too well.

So if we get a second bite of the apple with Romney, McConnell, and Boehner in charge, can we expect as fundamental a shift to smaller government as we’ve seen a fundamental shift to larger government under the Kenyan Fraud?

Excuse me, but just how long is Reconstruction going to last?

I often criticize some Southerners for not "letting it go" when it comes to the Late Unpleasantness. But liberal Yankees need to also get a clue. The Land of Dixie in 2012 is a lot different than it was in 1962.

This is also the problem with anti-white discrimination masquerading as "affirmative action." How many centuries does the white man have to do penance for the sins of his ancestors?

Not without some serious heat. Keep in mind that for every billion spent there is a or are some recipients and they’ll miss that money so they fight hard for it.

When it comes to paying for it that price is paid across the many and the unborn generations with debt. How do you fight hard to save pennies while the other side stands to lose millions. The odds are against us that’s why we need to play smart and look for the lynchpins that will undo statism.

I say Texas Should proceed anyway declaring the 1965 voting rights act to be unconstitutional exertion of powers never ceded by the State of Texas over its own elections to Washington.

If Washington wants to refuses to count Texas electoral votes or seat Texas Congressional and senate delegation, then we should call he whole 2012 election a fraud and refuses to reconciliation the resulting “Federal Government” to which we are taxed but not represented.

Let there be a Constitutional crisis, we can only hope that the Federal union is one day either reformed to an honestly Constitutional one or torn asunder because of this great injustice.

Equal footing my ass, The south was right the “union” is not what it was founded as. Washington is now little more than a corrupt self-serving group of thugs that know no bounds and exist to exploit and efectively enslave the rest of us.

Texas and every other state subject to this injustice need to tell the Federal employees in black robes to take a hike. If they want to deny us repsentation so be it, at least that gives us just cause to re-declare our Independence.

Let the RINO’s that stand for unconditional union also stand in the chains of socialism. Let us at last push this lawless Government down. Let them show the world who and what they really are. The Land of the unequal, unconstitutional, and most defiantly unfree.

You do have a point, It really does make one wonder if any federal election matters. Or is Washington just going to do whatever it wants to do to us & our states anyway.

As i have been saying before, I am increasingly preswaded that nothing short of a revolution will restore & secure our rights at this point. The question is how do we execute a revolution?

My ancestors fought for the north, and my views about that conflict are now the same as yours. Although fresh out of Public schools and for a long time afterwards I originality held the opposition view.

It was only as I grew older and more experienced in the nature of men & politics that I slowly came to realize the utter contradiction and unworkability of any such doctrine.

Suppose you were to be chained to anther person for the rest of your life(which in this case would be an enterinty). Sooner or later either you or the other person would obtain a dominate position and uses that position to exploit the other for their own benefit. Then your “union” ceases to serve the proposes for which it was created and instead becomes destructive to the ends for which it was created.

This is non-consequently precisely what the Original Declaration of Independence proclaims as just cause for secession/revolution. And it is precisely why no union could ever be unbreakable, because were the bonds of union to become chains, the men under it would be disposed to become slaves.

Newt was right. Time to clean out the corruption and liberal judges from all the courts from local to federal. This court interfered with a State right to control illegal voters.

You’re being short-sighted. The DOJ is trying to force Texas to allocate all of its new congressional districts to the Democrats. That’s what the map case is about.

No. The law provides that you can get a state-issued ID for free if you can’t afford to pay. This is vote fraud, straight-up, sanctioned from the federale bench.

Barry’s federal “judges” will reject any redistricting done by anyone other than the communist DemocRATS. When Barry sent one of his Spetsnaz squads into Arizona to redraw our districts, the federal “judge” protected them once Arizonans found out that they worked for Barry. Unfortunately, the districts have all now been gerrymandered to favor the illegal aliens and DemocRATS. We’ll probably have all ‘RATs in the House after November.
