One of the points of the article is that “newspapers [...] hide all these horrible facts to the people”. It is no incident that we know nothing of “exclusion zones”.

Of course, it matters very little whether the conditions in them and the benefits that accrue to the inhabitants are good or bad. The whole thing is, broadly speaking, voluntary. What we have here is an act of collective vandalism perpetrated by the democratic leadership of the country. The greatest national asset: the national culture, — is destroyed and nothing can be done about it under the existing social democracy legislation because a culture has, legally, no owner.

The only question is whether the social democratic regimes will be wiped off by the Swedish people, provided they still can find enough worth salvaging, or by some other people or peoples.

I took some time this afternoon looking around for the description of Swedish Exclusion Zones and came up with 'not much' I wonder what the official Swedish phrase is and if that's the translation...(if there is even an official phrase)
The French Suburbs connections are there - wondering what the Swedish phrase equivalent is.
Someone in Sweden should translate what they are going through and get that phrase in the English language lexicon - hopefully she will be able to do that....(at least throw a wiki page up)
