If this had been a Republican... [Democratic Party aide rapes women in D.C.]
The American Thinker ^ | September 2, 2012 | Rosslyn Smith

Would this remain a local DC story if the accused had been staff director of an important committee in a Republican controlled Senate?

>>>>A former senior congressional aide was indicted this week in D.C. Superior Court on charges that he sexually assaulted two women after drugging them with a sedative that he allegedly put in their drinks.

Donny Ray Williams Jr., 36, who served as staff director for a Senate subcommittee and worked in the offices of several members of Congress, gave at least one woman Ambien and assaulted her while she was unconscious, according to court papers.

Williams was charged with 10 counts of first- and second-degree sexual abuse and related charges in connection with attacks that authorities said occurred between July and December 2010. During that time, according to his profile on the LinkedIn Web site, Williams was staff director of a Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs subcommittee.

A third woman made similar allegations against Williams, attorneys and Williams said, and a fourth woman said that he threatened her. As a result of that fourth allegation, Williams was indicted on one count of threatening to injure or kidnap a person. Additional details of that charge were not made public.<<<<

Would the names of the key Republicans he had worked for be buried in the tenth paragraph of the local news story? Or is it more likely we would be treated to the image of network reporters lining up outside the offices of these legislators to ask how come this person had been working for them?........

A "snip" from the WP article (that doesn't identify his party affilitation)........."In that incident, the woman visited Williams’s Northeast Washington apartment July 22, 2010, to discuss issues before the Senate subcommittee, including Hurricane Katrina and the oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico, according to an arrest warrant filed in court.

While she was at the apartment, Williams allegedly prepared her a sparkling water and vodka. The woman said she drank it and lost consciousness.

When she came to, according to the warrant, her pants had been removed and she felt a “burning sensation” in her vaginal area. She also was groggy. Williams drove the woman home, the court papers say. She later went to George Washington University Hospital, where she was examined.

On July 27, detectives went to Williams’s apartment, and he told them that he had prescription medication he was taking for back pain, Ambien for a sleep disorder and Adderall for attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder, according to court papers."....... I meant to put "aide" after "Democrat Party" in the title of this thread (have asked for correction).

____________

This must be the Democrat war on women.

Can This Be What Women Want? Obama’s welfare-expanding policies weaken women's self-determination

I’m curious whether Obama-care pays for a rufi. After all, the sexual rights of Democrat aides have to be paid for, don’t they?

As for the media not covering it, they cover Bill Clintons rapist history, so why would they not ignore this.

I have to believe that the left would be blowin’ snot out their noses until all of the evil republicans were arrested and brought to trial. The perp, if republican, would have already been tried and convicted in the court of public opinion like Mr. Zimmerman

Knowing that Chris Matthews of Hardball infamy will call the posting of this photo racist – here goes:

Susan Biddle/FOR THE WASHINGTON POST - Donny Ray Williams Jr. leaves D.C. Superior Court on Friday.

Isn’t it racist to suggest that it was rape in the first place? After all, sex is the newest government entitlement.

To the Left, your acts aren’t criminal if you don’t profess to hold a moral code to begin with (what Democrats always tell everyone while they’re pillorying a Republican for any offense).

There's so much in this story, and the dude wasn't an elected official, so there was hardly room in there to mention his political affiliations ~ but, during the day, the story was adjusted ~ and now we know he worked for some of the most left-wing or nutso politicians on the Hill ~ as well as Joe Lieberman ~ so, what's the deal Joe ~ someone might ask him that.

I"m thinking this guy was known as the "STRAGHT GUY ON THE STAFF" wherever he worked (and that was always around Democrats).

“If this had been a Conservative . . .”

Karl Rove suggested somebody murder Todd Akin, the Missouri Senate candidate who Rove dislikes because he voted against the Bush Big Government spending and the more recent Boehner approved debt ceiling increases. If Rove were a ConservTive suggesting a political enemy be murdered what would happen? Of course Rove would have to resign. But Rove is not a conservative so we can assume people like Romney, Krauthammer, George Will, John Boehner, etc, won’t even call him on the act of suggesting a sitting Congressman be murdered. There are more than one double standards in this world.

Political hyperbole cannot be equated with repeated sexual rape of drugged women.

Get real.

Ex-Democrat staffer who briefly worked for Obama administration ‘drugged, sexually assaulted and threatened women’

“And though the Washington Post story fails to mention it: The staffer has worked only for Democrats, including: Senator Mary L. Landrieu of Louisiana, Senator Joe Lieberman of Connecticut, Rep. Jan Schakowskay of Illinois, Senator Herb Kohl of Wisconsin, and Rep. Elijah Cummings of Maryland, among others.”

It’s OK. I am sure it wasn’t “rape-rape”. Besides, it was probably just bad manners, not real rape. (/s)

Actually, both rape (statutory, rape, rape rape and legitimate rape ~ just to make sure I've got all the bases covered) and murder can be classed together as capital crimes in any civilized society.

Currently we don't do that, but that can change.

The image of this ~ Karl Rove secretly meeting with big money donors plots the murder of....... ~ I think something has to be done about Rove AND all the others who joined in the conspiracy of silence.

Names, we need names ~ and no, none of these people were Conservatives, and this is truly a chance to WEED THE PARTY of bad seed!
