That is one ugly sand sculture. I don’t care for Obama, but I think he is a bit better looking than that.

It is a hoot that it’s so ugly. When the rains come tomorrow, it’ll be full of rivulets.

Why is Charlotte advertising Myrtle Beach? Just asking.

Longer article:

http://www.washingtonpost.com/national/fifteen-foot-obama-sand-sculpture-draws-onlookers-near-convention-hall-in-charlotte/2012/09/02/abbf9df6-f52c-11e1-863c-fe85c95ce4ed_story.html

“A 25-foot sand sculpture of President Barack Obama brings some of the beach to the Democratic National Convention’s host city. But landlocked Charlotte is nearly 200 miles from the ocean - and the sand is actually from a mine in South Carolina.”

During the RNC, the Dems kept saying speeches like Christie’s were a “failure” because they didn’t talk enough about Romney. I thought, of course. The Dems are all fixated on worship of authority figures. I loved Christie’s speech.

It’s like Rush said, we need to venerate the principle, not the person. But Dems are all into the cult of the personality, like foreign countries deify their tyrants.

At conservative meetings, people chant “USA! USA”. But Dems chant, “4 more years”

There’s something so totally wrong in their upbringing and education.

I would like to THANK Larry Hudson and his team. They did an excellent job of repairing the sculpture, and managed to make Obama look like a grinning child molester while completely getting away with it.

I hope they don't get stiffed on the bill.

WAY TO GO , LARRY !
