CA Dem chair John Burton compares GOP to Nazi Goebbels for 'telling the big lie' Source: San Francisco Chronicle Greetings from the California delegation breakfast at the DNC where before he had a cup of coffee Democratic Party Chair John Burton – much like his ol’ palGuv Jerry Brown once did – just compared the Republicans to Nazi propagandist Joseph Goebbels, for “telling the big lie,” a reference to several falsehoods GOP VP nominee Paul Ryan recently told. “They lie and they don’t care if people think they lie… Joseph Goebbels – it’s the big lie, you keep repeating it,” Burton said Monday before the Blake Hotel breakfast. He said Ryan told “a bold-faced lie and he doesn’t care that it was a lie. That was Goebbels, the big lie.” Reminded that Brown drew heat for comparing the messaging of Meg Whitman’s 2010 GOP gubernatorial campaign to Goebbels, he said sarcastically, “(Bleep) that’s right, she won the election! ... Burton is incensed by the distortions uttered by Ryan, who he referred to as a “horse’s ass.”

These people are losing their marbles.

I'm wondering just how far they'll go to retain power.

Worst case of emotion projection I have seen in awhile. Man needs either to see a shrink or seriously up the dosage on his meds.

In California that IS how they retain power - singing to the choir.
Personally I would punch him in the face if he spoke like that about me, but Im not running for office.

Notice how the writer's premise that 'Ryan lied' is unchallenged. That has now become an article of faith among the kookoo leftists.

They neutralized Palin by calling her dumb, not ready for prime time. They're gonna do the same to Ryan by painting him as dishonest.

The GOP had better plan accordingly.

I’m just glad they are letting their masks slip farther down.
Conservatives have seen what has been behind the mask for a long time.
Hopefully, the rest of normal America will recognize what they are seeing as the mask continues to fall.

What did Freud say about projection?

He said, and I quote, "I'm rubber, you're glue. Whatever you say bounces off me and sticks to you!"
It might have lost something in translation.

It’s called deflection to have them look the other way when you are doing that exact thing. Ryan told the truth so you call him a liar to deflect your lie.

Pray for America

The right/conservatives need to crank up the pressure on the left/socialists/communists. Eastwood was the opening salvo. Ratchet up the pressure until these socialists’ heads pop.

Democrats tell little lies every day. That the Republicans use the big lie is today’s Democratic lie. At least it is at this time. There will be more later today.

This from the people who tell us that killing babies is pro choice. The stench of death from the baby killing abortion clinics putrifies the air at the Democratic convention.
