Very sad, I hope he knew the Lord Jesus as his personal savior. I enjoyed his work, especially Armageddon and The Island.

I always liked him as an actor and he was reportedly a gentle giant in real life. I will miss him. Prayers up for his family.

Loved him in The Green Mile. He really got to my heart in that movie.
God bless you Mr Duncan. RIP

Does anyone get the creepy feeling that his oddball girlfriend had something to do with it?
Check the life insurance and/or will....

Yes! The same one...
Well, I guess we know what killed him then. He must have signed the insurance policy not long ago leaving her everything.

Sorry to hear; i enjoyed his work.
I'd hoped he was on the mend after being found in cardiac arrest a few weeks ago. I guess it really was his time to go.

This is very upsetting, he seemed to be a genuinely nice man. Haven’t felt this bad about an actor since John Candy died.

We’ve lost a great actor and great man, and I’m very saddened to see him go at such a young age. I wonder if heart problems were behind his becoming a vegetarian.

The Green Mile is one of my all time favs. Just finished rereading the six part serial by Stephen King.
RIP John Coffey.

Liked him in Aramageddon; his performance in Green Mile was a tour de force.
