A former U.S. Justice Department attorney who founded the government watchdog Judicial Watch and later Freedom Watch has warned a key Barack Obama attorney that Democrat Party or state elections officials certifying Obama’s eligibility for the 2012 election could become the targets of election-fraud charges.
The letter from Larry Klayman explains that’s because those officials simply cannot know Obama’s eligibility for sure, and the law doesn’t allow them to make assumptions.
In his letter to Robert Bauer, general counsel to the Democratic National Committee, Klayman explained that the evidence shows no one knows for sure about Obama’s eligibility, so letters from the DNC to states about Obama’s 2012 candidacy may be problematic.
“There is therefore no longer any state or national official in the Democratic Party who can escape legal responsibility for ignoring the proof herein provided, and a plea of ignorance of the facts will no longer be possible...

That is the point that Klayman was making in his letter, and it seems to have totally floated overhead in this article. Disappointing.
Alvin Onaka confirmed to Ken Bennett that Hawaii does not have a legally-valid birth record for Obama. This changes everything.
I had just finished a posting as to there were many people working to bring truth into the light. I would like to see Trump and Klayman and Taitz and Donafrio and Arpaios posse and etc and etc get together on this for the benefit of the USA and not for individual glory points. This is not to say all the parties do not have their hearts and souls into a like cause as I believe each from their own perspective do,but a unified effort for cause would shake up the Romneys and the Ryans and the McConnels and the Issas and the Palins and the Gingriches and the etc etc.

I can’t help but think that Onaka has figured that out. It would have been so easy for him to just lie. But he didn’t. I think he sees beyond Obama.
Let’s hope and pray - and work our butts off to make it reality - that Bob Bauer, Antonio Villagairosa and Alice Travers Germond (the 2 who are supposed to sign the perjurious OCON), the state dem party chairs, the Commission on Presidential Debates, the state secretaries of state, and state AG’s see beyond Obama as well.
They now have no excuse to let Obama pass - now that Onaka has confirmed that Hawaii has no legally-valid birth record for Obama. That is the official word from Hawaii now; they can’t just ignore that - without breaking laws.
