The Democratic Party’s symbolic dismissal of God with the removal and forced return of His name to its platform by party officials amid boos from delegates could be the turning point in the 2012 presidential campaign said talk radio-host Michael Savage.
“This is a big moment,” Savage told his listeners after describing a remarkable divine encounter he experienced last night that has underscored for him the gravity of the moment.
“America is disgusted with this party of atheists and America haters,” he said.
At the Democratic National Convention in Charlotte today, the Associated Press noted Democratic officials were embarrassed by the reaction to the party’s removal from it platform yesterday of God’s name and of a declaration that Jerusalem is Israel’s capital.
When officials tried to reinsert the language today through amendments, Chairman Antonio Villaraigosa, the mayor of Los Angeles, had to call for a voice vote three times before ruling because of significant objection. When he ruled that the amendments had been approved, he was met with a chorus of boos from delegates.
The scene at the DNC today was a sharp contrast to Savage’s experience last night at a Jewish wedding held at a cold, foggy and windy Presidio on San Francisco Bay.
The site of the wedding was next to the graves of thousands of war dead.
Savage said that as he stood behind the area where the ceremony took place, he noticed a small, bronze plaque in the ground that read: “In memory of all those who died on D Day.”
“I looked up and I said to the rabbi, ‘Do you realize that if it wasn’t for these men who died on D-Day, none of us would be here today. We’d all be lampshades. We’d be dead.”

Nonsense. They will do it, because they just spent $483 million in swing states to buy a few months of fake jobs. You can bet FAR more is being spent that we won't know about until 2013, but which will - temporarily - move the needle just enough for Obama to claim "we've turned the corner!" Then next year, the "jobs gained" will be wiped off the ledger, but by then it will be far too late.

The situation was said best by a journalist from Eastern Europe (my paraphrasing):
“America is a great nation and can survive an Obama administration but it can not survive the 52% of idiots and morons and brain dead citizens who voted for him.”
There are still die-hard Obama supporters who claim to be Christians but defend Obama no matter what.
We joke about Barry shooting Michelle on the White House grounds and getting a pass. But this is real spiritual deception of the worst kind.
I don’t accuse Obama of being the Antichrist but these people would follow the Antichrist just as well.
The Democrats rejected God when they added abortion to their platform many years ago. Yesterday's dismissal of God by the Democrats was the logical progression of where they have been heading since the Roe vs. Wade decision.
I hope that Democrat voters will rethink their positions before voting for evil and chaos, as they have been for many years. But I do not know what will get their attention, especially those who demand their entitlements.
Not a lot of thinking going on there, I'm afraid.
I am pretty confident of what I have said.
Good news, the words “God” and “Jerusalem” got put back into the DNC platform yesterday.
But words that do have a meaning when you think of it and they were able to cave to pressure to put them back.
The DEMs left God many years ago.

The problem we have is that Libs / Leftists vote on emotion alone without regard to the truth in the matter. Notice I didn’t say facts because they are obviously being pulled out of thin air and posted, blogged, and used in biased polls to get their intended reaction. We have a master manipulator in the WH that has no conscience telling a lie and will fo whatever it takes to win the election. We must be even more vigilant and refute those facts and look ahead to other areas that he may put spin on in the future. The only way we can slay this serpent is by destroying his relationship with the MSM.
Yeah, but as in all things, they have to hide their true agenda and beliefs or very few would support them.
The DEMs hide in plane sight while the sheeple ignore the truth and as they ignore the one true God.
