There might be a subtle difference in saying one would "Like" to do something, as opposed to saying they "Were going to DO something".

(Thinking of living room conversations here when The 0ne (PBUH) is on...)

Good point.

What I was more thinking about an argument I recently had with someone who said that Rove should be arrested and tried for his comment about Akin. And that made me wonder where the line is. At what point does it stop being protected (albeit stupid) political speech and start being incitement to murder?
