A judge ordered Thursday that Maj. Nidal Hasan, the Army psychiatrist charged in a 2009 deadly shooting rampage at Fort Hood, must shave or be forcibly shaved before his trial. Judge Col. Gregory Gross had said he would deliver a definitive order this week after a hearing to determine whether Hasan would be allowed to keep his beard, which he started growing while in jail earlier this summer. Gross barred him from appearing in military court, citing the Armys strict regulations regarding grooming standards. Hasan's attorney, Lt. Col. Kris Poppe, said his client grew the beard as a deeply sincere

Bout damned time they stopped WASTING time and shaved that idiots beard! Like it or not, that Muslim murderer is STILL in the Army, so tough darts, the bastard is gionna be shaved! (with any luck at all, by an angry First Shirt with a rusty blade!)
Your soul is stained by the blood of innocents... feel their pain
Just hack off his head with a dull knife.
He’s only being shaved forcibly, his kind (Muslims) usually behead forcibly.
the only time and money wasted was arguing whether or not to shave the muslim murderer.
Why the trial could not have proceeded without the shave is beyond my comprehension. Sounds to me like the military prosecutors were pwnd by the defense.......
> Will Mr. Obama rescind this ruling for his coreligionist?
That depends on whether or not Hussein likes his boys shaved.
Shave him then wrap him in bacon.
It may be kind of bristly.
I’d recommend a few rounds of waterboarding to soften it up first.
I think enemy agents should be able to wear their beards when they’re stood up against the wall to be shot.
The Army has specific guidelines on forced shaving, the Associated Press reported. If Hasan refuses to shave himself, he would be restrained by five military police officers with the reasonable force necessary, and a medical professional would be on hand in case of any injuries. The shaving must be done with electric clippers and must be recorded on camera, according to Army rules.
Would love to see that vid leak out on you tube. They might not need five MPs as Hasan-Chop might be screamin but he wont be kicking.
Maybe that can lather up this SOB with frothy pork lard.
Isn’t it about time that they shot this creep?
These hearings were just pre-trial hearings that had no effect on the beginning of the actual trial. There is a FReeper who is involved in this case and he gave a very good explanation of what these hearings were about. This was just a side show orchestrated by his civilian attorney trying to muck up the works. The Presiding Judge only let it go on as long as it could to make sure there was no recourse for shaving this bastard’s neck with a machete, figuratively speaking but still making sure we, the human race, can count on his extermination at the very earliest time.
Shave him starting at his toes and let the straight razor work it’s way up slowly.....
More evidence our military is run now and influenced by domestic enemies in power. Thanks be to God there are a few constitution literate judges around, but this may not be over.
Romney has yet to throw himself down for the sake of the great document either, as the spectacle of its trampling continues under this regime.
If convicted? Thought he had already pleaded guilty. There is NO question he committed the murders. NONE May he soon face judgement in a court other than in the hands of men.
Oh just give me the straight razor; I’ll take care of it.
If I was the judge, I would have ordered his beard removed permanently with electrolysis. And maybe a few CC’s of pig plasma.
Hopefully they’ll do it the easy way and just slap some C4 on his face first.
Will Holder consider this a ‘hate shave’?
Screw this prick. Burn it off with a blow torch.
They should use really hard strokes to make sure they get it all. With a straight razor.
Now don't move while I do your neck.
I hope they use a chainsaw on the SOB.He deserves it.Then put some cheap aftershave on him and watch the burn.
The prosecution was afraid that with the beard, witnesses' identification could be challenged. Not that it should have mattered. They knew they had the right guy.
Civilian lawyers have done what they can to muck up the UCMJ. As first written it was in language that a mere laymen could interpret. Now, it is has become muddy so that lawyers can do anything except bribe the jurors.
I think you're on to something ... wouldn't bacon grease make a great shaving gel?
Why use gel? Use a dull razor. If it needs lubricating use rubbing alcohol.
