Sometimes, late at night, after a cocktail, I ponder if the government knows something they feel they cannot tell the public, but still try to give some a fighting cvhance for survival beyond what the government is quietly preparing for the elites to survive, complete with millions of rounds of ammo for defensive positions in already built bunkers.

From ZeroHedge:
"One of the primary purposes of a government, any government, is to sustain itself. In its final hours it will do almost anything possible for its self-preservation."
Has not history borne this out? How many times have we seen dying governments lie to, cheat, steal from, incarcerate, force into unwanted wars and even slaughter those who the government was formed to protect in order to continue even one more day.
