Romney Airs Ad in Wisconsin, Expands Electoral Map
Breitbart Big Government ^ | 9-8-12 | Tony Lee

Mitt Romney’s campaign went on the air in Wisconsin on Sunday, expanding its advertising offensive against President Barack Obama and making a play for a state that would give Romney some much-needed breathing room on the electoral map.

The commercial is the 16th “Better Future” advertisement Romney has released in nine swing states since Obama’s speech at the Democratic National Convention in an attempt to blunt any momentum Obama may have received coming out of the convention. Each ad is specifically tailored for each state and various demographics.

“This president can ask us to be patient,” Romney says in the ad “This president can tell us it was someone else’s fault. But this president cannot tell us that you’re better off today than when he took office.”

A narrator then says, “there’s a prairie fire of debt that grows over $3 billion dollars per day,” and notes Romney would create over “240,000 new jobs for Wisconsin.”

Wisconsin was thought to be a shoo-in for Obama and was included in the baseline of states the Obama campaign assumed it would win.

However, when Romney put Wisconsin native and Congressman Paul Ryan on the ticket, Wisconsin became a swing state. In addition, Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker (R) instituted public sector and fiscal reforms to give the state a budget surplus without raising taxes after he was elected in 2010, Wisconsin voters prevented him from being recalled because Walker’s reforms were working.

Wisconsin voters may be receptive to Romney’s economic message. If Romney could win Wisconsin, he would not have to draw an inside straight, so to speak, and run the table in Ohio, Florida, Virginia, and North Carolina to have any chance at winning the election.

-——He’s pulled his ads from PA and MI.——

Much has been made of assuming an omission is important. The presstitute glee overlooks the pacs. There is an uncountable amount of pac money and debilitating adds to be spent everywhere and in Michigan and in Pennsylvania.

Democrats Hate God ads and We Need
to Let Him Go ads and many many more blood letting pieces are yet to come from interest groups and PACS.

I beg to differ. I think Romney has a very good chance in WI, if we can keep voter fraud under control That is a big if, to be sure. Paul Ryan, his running mate, is very popular here. Don’t discount that.

I would agree with you if the ad buy was in CA. I spent 6 weeks in 3 trips this summer in CA (my native state)handling my mother’s affairs and moving her into assisted living. Any ad buy by the Republicans is a waste of money in CA. When will the people wake up?

I was born and raised in the Central Valley and went to college at UC Berkeley. I became a Republican when I discovered there was nobody to vote for on the Dem Primary ballot. I’ve always said that Central Valley Dems were a lot like the Southern US Dems in my youth — rather conservative. But, Bay Area Dems were all Communists.

That’s how I became a Republican. I’ve never looked back. I always say that I voted for Ronald Reagan more times than anyone else in the country: 4 times for Gov (counting the Primaries), and 5 times for President. I proudly supported Reagan in the Primary when he ran against Ford; and when we lived in TX, I supported him over HW Bush and John Connelly in the Primary, much to the consternation of some of the members of our local Republican Women’s Club.

Funny thing about Reagan in CA. Nobody ever would admit that they voted for him, but he always won by a landslide! I hope Romney carries that same magic.

I LOVE your graphic! Paul Ryan’s my man. I just ordered 2 more Ryan/Math T shirts from Cafe Press. I’m sending one to a GOP activist I know in AR.

I love it.

But I wouldn’t get my hopes up for Hawaii, Illinois or Vermont.

I think R&R have a good chance of winning our state too.
Game on, socialists.
We beat them bigtime in 2010, then retained our Gov in the June recall.
How sweet it would be to take our state from the Obamabots.

I might believe you if the polls you base these ideas upon were not wildly biased in their sampling techniques which are transparent to anyone who examines their details. Any poll with an accurate population reflective of the real world shows The Disaster losing.

Why do you think the results in 2012 will be any different than 2010? I’ll bet you were bemoaning the upcoming defeat for Republicans in 9/10, too.

Terrific enough to make me vote for the ticket because I still despise and don’t trust Romney, but the Marxist has to go.

If we can control vote fraud, Romney will carry Wisconsin — largely due to Paul Ryan who is very popular. Voter fraud is the key and has lost 2 of the last 3 Presidential elections here. The Obama margins were so great that I can’t say voter fraud was the reason, although it may well have been. 41% of the Dem voters in Milwaukee have “disappeared” according to a new report. e think they were mostly ACORN registrants, IOW non-existent. Of course, we have a couple leftist Madison judges who are prohibiting putting our voter ID in place for November. Our Republican AG seems to be able to do nothing about it.

Voter fraud: NO ID required is the only way they win, along with absentee ballots. It’s outrageous and needs SCOTUS action before this election, but that’s not possible, (I guess). It’s a given that ID is required for so many other daily transactions.

We have to win this election, or it’s game, set match on so many counts: obamacare, several SCOTUS appointments, his over-Lord E.O.’s around congress (that amnesty for example) and nukes for Iran unless Israel goes it alone, etc.

We won’t have a Republic, come 2016.

Keep praying. God bless and keep you.

T shirts, signs, bumper stickers, chairs, everything that we can think of to get the message out. We don’t need to wait for someone else to do it.

We can do this.
WooHoo!

Perfect result: Obama wins the popular vote and Mittens wins the electoral college. Watch them squirm.

And have plenty of ammo on hand.
