WTH! These polls make NO sense. There are more Republican voters than ever, yet we’re still behind. New Mexico is a battleground state and we’re still behind. Something’s fishy

I think polling is skewed. These day, people have cell phones as their only phone line.

I think the bigger point is, New Mexico wasn't expected by most pundits and analysts to be a battleground state... and yet, if these numbers are accurate, it is.

This is actually GOOD news - neither campaign considered New Mexico "in play" this year, yet the race appears to be tightening up rapidly.

With that all Latin all-the-time DNC convention it’s no wonder.

In 2008 Obama won New Mexico 57-42. If NM is now a "battleground" state, that indicates Obama is in deep trouble.

I thought NM was solidly DIM last time around. Thank you for actually providing even the smallest bit of context and data to quell the "sky is falling crowd".

Please someone just put me asleep until the 9 PM Nov 6. The polls are incredibly inconsistent and laden with methodological variability. You can see how over the next 8 weeks the internet and information overload is going to give the GOP universe a collective ulcer.

Willard taking NM is unlikely because of Gary Johnson.

I knew this when he announced he was opening new campaign offices in NM. Everyone thought it was because NM was a foregone Obama state. But, if it is an Obama state, why spend resources there. They know they are in trouble in NM.
