"where do you suppose that potential $2,800,000,00+ will come from?"Lawsuits against the State (ALL Government) are simply raids on taxpayers' earnings, and need to be capped at REASONABLE ATTORNEY FEES for the Plaintiff's, and not astronomical numbers like the Big Tobacco Farce, or Asbestos Farce, etc. Class Actions should be OUTLAWED, and it needs to be understood that Taxpayers are the only ones with funds; the Government HAS NO MONEY!!

Likewise, the Lawyers would probably get in excess of $1.5 Billion, whereas the Plaintiffs will recieve $10-Off Coupons for tours of the New WTC.

Agree with what you write.
However, the airlines will get their pound of flesh from customers. Glad I no longer fly :)
