Apparently President Obama can’t see Egypt and Libya from his house.

Apparently President Obama can’t see Egypt and Libya from his house. On the anniversary of the worst terrorist attacks ever perpetrated on America, our embassy in Cairo and our consulate in Benghazi were attacked by violent Islamic mobs. In Cairo, they scaled the walls of our embassy, destroyed our flag, and replaced it with a black Islamic banner. In Benghazi, the armed gunmen set fire to our consulate and killed an American staff member. The Islamic radicals claim that these attacks are in protest to some film criticizing Islam. In response to this, the U.S. embassy in Cairo issued a statement that was so outrageous many of us thought it must be a satire. The embassy actually apologized to the violent mob attacking us, and it even went so far as to chastise those who use free speech to “hurt the religious feelings of Muslims.” (Funny, the current administration has no problem hurting the “religious feelings” of Catholics.)

But where is the president’s statement about this? These countries represent his much touted “Arab Spring.” How’s that Arab Spring working out for us now? Have we received an apology yet from our “friends” in the Muslim Brotherhood for the assault on our embassy?

It’s about time our president stood up for America and condemned these Islamic extremists. I realize there must be a lot on his mind these days – what with our economy’s abysmal jobless numbers and Moody’s new warning about yet another downgrade to our nation’s credit rating due to the current administration’s failure to come up with a credible deficit reduction plan. And, of course, he has a busy schedule – with all those rounds of golf, softball interviews with the “Pimp with the Limp,” and fundraising dinners with his corporate cronies. But our nation’s security should be of utmost importance to our Commander-in-chief. America can’t afford any more “leading from behind” in such a dangerous world. We already know that President Obama likes to “speak softly” to our enemies. If he doesn’t have a “big stick” to carry, maybe it’s time for him to grow one.

This should have come from Romney not Sarah. Who would have known she has a “bigger stick” than he does.

But...but...but the Donks told us last week during their Condom Lady Extravaganza in Charlotte that Barry’s foreign policy was the best ever and that it was Romney who didn’t have a foreign policy. Of course, only a moron would think that a presidential candidate should have an established foreign policy record.

I remember during the primaries Rush Limbaugh said “the only real men we have in the GOP are wearing dresses.”

Fox had the sound track of some Arab speaking woman, no picture of her, speaking in a heavy accent, explaining about the Muslim anger and comparing it to the what happened over the Danish cartoons. She said that it was spreading that it won’t stop at just Egypt and Libya.

Then John Bolton was saying the same thing and added that Al Qaeda had re-established in Iraq, Northern Africa and a few other places and that Obama had let it happen. He said that the war never ended, that you either win a war or you lose a war, but you don’t just withdraw and go home because the opponent will take the war to you. Judith Miller was there shaking her head in agreement. Lou Dobbs was having a fit because they were speaking out so strongly against Obama.

The only big stick he could grow is in the old Chicago Bathhouse from whence he came.

He has given the green light through his words and inaction...the Mideast ‘hood is open for business...and with a billion dollars for more Egyptian military aid for walkin’ ‘round money, that should set up the Israelis just fine...and now that the Muslim Brotha hood has now taken command of the military, they will certainly sever the contacts that our military has built up over the years.

It’s party time in the house tonight!

Glad to see one politician willing to call it like it is... Though I would be more impressed if she said this while running for President.

The last I heard, the protest crowd is growing in Cairo. Obama’s Hostage Crisis? This whole election is becoming eerily similar and that bodes well.

Yeah, I’ll take Mubarak’s totalitarian regime over the Islamist version of “democracy” any day.

Where's the President? Who cares? We know what his feelings are. I understand the intial reaction was to apologize for the film being made by a Coptic Christian in the USA.

What I want to know is where were the Marines? That wall should have looked like the the battle scene from ZULU.

Who in the USA will storm the Egyptian embassy and rip thier flag down and burn it?

Attacking an embassy which is sovereign territory is an act of war. Time for the Marines to improve their defenses or we will have a repeat of what happened in Iran under Carter
