It states the hospital did an ultrasound and then performed a second abortion on her. Then when she developed further problems they did another ultrasound and discovered a perforation. This makes it sound like, while planned parenthood clinic botched the abortion initially by leaving remains behind, it could be that the hospital’s procedure is what caused the perforation and that’s what did her in? It’s all so fricking disgusting!
