They are liars. Romney addressed the capitulation and apologetic tone in the EARLIER incident regarding EGYPT.
The difference is huge, since one makes Romney look like he is capitalizing on a man's death and the other is a legit criticism regarding a failed foreign policy.

Obama did not even mention the Cairo attack in his statement. No one was killed so he couldn’t interject himself into the narrative.
