The U.S. Office of Special Counsel informed President Obama yesterday that it found his controversial Secretary of Health and Human Services Kathleen Sebelius violated the federal Hatch Act back in February. ABC News's Jake Tapper noted the finding in a September 12 Political Punch blog post at ABCNews.com, but World News editors apparently thought the matter unworthy of coverage last night. The story was also unreported on NBC's Nightly News and CBS's Evening News.

When I first read it, I assume they must be talking about Sebelius’ DNC speech. Then I saw that it referred to a February event. Call me stupid, but I see no distinction between the two. If “improper partisan activity” is supposed to be kept out of the federal workplace, then how the hell can it be OK for her to show up at a political convention cheering on her president?

Sadly, the “punishment” appears to be a slap on the wrist. The DNC has reimbursed Treasury for the $2515 cost of her trip and Sebelius has met with “ethics experts to ensure this never happens again.” She allegedly went “off script” in her remarks. Does it make anyone feel better to know that she is quoted as saying “I regret that it occurred”? What a joke.

This is all very rassiss and here is why:
She is a white person campaigning for a black man.
The Hatch Act was written by Hatch, a mean white guy who claims to be a conservative and they all are rassiss.
Eric Holder, a black man, will never prosecute anyone who is helping another black man.
Jake Tapper appears to be white, he reported it, so he must be rassiss.

So, NOTHING will happen, Holder will not lift a finger, move along, nothing to see here. You have no standing.
