So Sarah Palin has been promoting a catchy riff on freedom. Last Friday night, in an appearance on Fox Newss Hannity, she said, I just pray that Americans will open their eyes between now and November when they know that theyll have to make that choice between free stuff or freedom. You cant have both.
Tuesday night, she was at it again, this time on The OReilly Factor. Heres a look at the exchange between host Bill OReilly and Palin:
OREILLY: Okay. What is the Republican Party not doing based upon the convention and they and the race so far that they should be doing? PALIN: Were not explaining to the rest of America who thinks that theyre going to get a bunch of free stuff from Obama that you have a choice. You either get free stuff or you get freedom. You cannot have both and you need to make a choice.
The coinage predates Palins recent splurge, and appeared in a Ted Nugent opinion piece in the Washington Times back in February.

They keep “wishing she’d just go away” and “her 15 minutes are up” and all that and 2 seconds later, they’re writing another article about her.
To the Lemmings at the Washington Post I say to you this: I don't want to live in a country where everything is free except me.
now THERE is a ticket I can support....
Obama rallies his"Free Sh"Free Stuff Army".
that would be a great 3rd party ticket except it would only assure Mr. empty chairs election
WaPo just hates it when Sarah nails it.
This line sums up the shortcomings of not just 0bama, but the whole leftist ideology -
expect a lot of pushback.
