Good idea.
Every time I order a burger I cringe when they ask me how I want it cooked. I tell them I want it cooked, but hope it isn't a hockey puck when I get it.
I DO NOT destroy my steaks, and like them rare to medium-rare (black and red) and would like to be able to have a similar burger...at least medium. When I craft up my own burger I can do that.
Anyone eating beef well done, might as well be eating a shoe.
