It doesn't matter if Obama is on the ballot or not in Kansas. Either way, he's gonna lose big time here!

Way to go, Jayhawks!

So, in order to be on the ballot in Kansas, Obama has to prove his paternity.

I like that. I like that a lot.

Folks, wherever these articles pop up we need to contact the reporters and send them the link to Larry Klayman’s letter to Bob Bauer - a copy of which was sent to every state Attorney General, every state Secretary of State, every state democratic party chair, every member of the Commission on Presidential Debates, and every member of the DNC Executive Committee as well as Nancy Pelosi. Here’s that link: http://butterdezillion.files.wordpress.com/2012/09/complete-klayman-letter-to-bauer.pdf

HI state registrar Alvin Onaka confirmed to AZ SOS Ken Bennett that the White House BC image is NOT “a true and accurate representation of the original record on file” and that Obama’s HI BC is not legally valid. All the above people were informed of that by letters sent via certified mail from Attorney Larry Klayman. Bob Bauer received that letter by courier at 2:27pm EDT on Aug 31 - 4 days before the Convention began. He was warned that any Certification of Nomination swearing that Obama is eligible to be President would be perjurious, since HI has now confirmed that there are no legally-established birht facts for Obama.

At this point any SOS who allows Obama on the ballot based on what is known to be a perjurious Certification of Nomination is him/herself engaging in election fraud.

The whole story needs to be told, and we’re going to have to be the ones to get the real story out, with the help of Klayman.

At this point we need to inform everyone in the media of Klayman’s letter, which will remove any excuse they have for reporting false claims about Obama having released his real BC or Hawaii verifying any birth facts or the existence of a LEGALLY-VALID BC for Obama. None of those things has actually happened, and any reporter who is given Klayman’s letter and still reports those untruths is in violation of the Federal General False Statement Act.

What we need is proof that they were notified of Klayman’s letter. If, after that time, they report lies we have a reason to say that we will report them to law enforcement for violation of the Federal General False Statement Act if they fail to correct those inaccuracies.

Won’t happen, but this will drive the KS RATS crazy, especially the newspaper editors and the poly-sci profs they print editorials from. They hate Kobach (and all republicans) with a loud, hysterical, passion.

If Kobach is tied to Romney’s campaign I am skeptical of his hearing the issue out.

It’s time to start a new conspiracy theory. What if the Bomb threat in Kansas city is related to the possible decision by Kansas to remove Obama from the ballot? Hmmm? ;-)

"There's no possibility of Obama's name coming off the ballot when there's no objection," Kobach said.

Kan. man drops challenge to Obama on state ballot

http://www.necn.com/09/14/12/Kan-man-drops-challenge-to-Obama-on-stat/landing_nation.html?&apID=dd46f34a4c7b46889f732dee437fb672

Secretary of State Kris Kobach serves as the board's chairman.

"There has been a great deal of animosity and intimidation directed not only at me, but at people around me, Montgomery wrote in his email, adding that he doesn't want to burden personal and professional associates with "more of this negative reaction."

Montgomery's plans to drop his challenge were first reported by the Manhattan Mercury. The Objections Board would be the final word on whether Obama appears on the ballot as the Democratic Party's nominee, absent a court challenge. Kobach and its other members, Attorney General Derek Schmidt and Lt. Gov. Jeff Colyer, are all Republicans, and Montgomery is a registered Republican, according the secretary of state's office.

Kobach said the board still will meet Monday to formally close the case and add whatever additional information is available to the record.

"There's no possibility of Obama's name coming off the ballot when there's no objection," Kobach said.
