Reuters Notes Anniversary of 'Failed' OWS Born With Extreme MSM Hype

Reuters has noted the one year anniversary coming this Monday of the Coffee Party, oops, I mean Occupy Wall Street. I can be forgiven for the error since both proved to be as big a flop as Joe Scarborough's No Labels. All of these failed movements had one other thing in common: they were given a boost at birth with extreme media hype. However, first the anniversary/obituary from Reuters:

(Reuters) - Occupy Wall Street marks its first anniversary on Monday, and, in a bid to rejuvenate a movement that has failed to sustain momentum after sparking a national conversation about economic inequality last fall, activists plan once again to descend on New York's financial district.

Mocha party would be more appropriate, tying it in with Starbucks. My posts coming from the not-ready-for-prime-time Release Preview of Windows 8.

What did OWS ever accomplish? Now they have all moved back in with their parents and are staring at their tattered Barak Hussein Obama posters, filling out forms for food stamps and disability (unable to do anything constructive).

It failed for several reasons. Most people looked at the filth, squalor, and violence the movement generated and were repulsed. Then they examined the central tenet of the OWS idiots, that the one percent have all the booty, and found that to be a lie. Even most Dems sympathetic to the OWSers could look at themselves with their 2-3 cars, big homes, hd tvs, fat stomachs, etc., and realize that the proposition that one percent of the country owned all the wealth was too preposterous to believe. And deep down they knew most of the very poor deserved to be where they were through indolence, violence, and lack of intelligence.
