In a move that may at least temporarily thwart attempts by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives to revoke the Federal Firearms License of Brink’s, Inc., the security company has won a Monday hearing with the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas Dallas Division, the court ordered Friday.
“Pursuant to the order of reference dated August 15, 2012, this matter has been automatically referred for pretrial management,” the order explains.
“A hearing has been scheduled concerning this matter, including all pending motions, for Monday, September 17, 2011, at 2:00 p.m. in courtroom 1566,” the court instructs, warning “All parties must confirm their attendance…Failure to confirm or to attend the hearing without obtaining permission of the Court will result in appropriate sanctions.”
What will be decided is a motion filed last Monday by Brink’s asking either “to reinstate [the court] hearing date or, in the alternative, to reschedule [the] FFL revocation hearing.”
The company, which owns more than 14,000 firearms used by its employees in 220 branches nationwide, has been the target of ATF revocation due to inadvertent record-keeping and reporting violations in a system ATF themselves set up with Brink's, with a majority of many of the violations occurring on a license that was surrendered before ATF approved the current FFL back in 2000.

So, corrupt lawyers who work for the government. Blame them or their bosses? Looks like one employee tried to railroad Brinks. Extortion? Campaign contributions? Is Brinks allied with Romney?
The biggest recipient of donations from the Brinks Political Action Campaign is Eric Cantor.
This appears to be the sole reason the ATF is trying to hurt them.
Lying to the court is a “No No” so ATF is going to get slammed hard. Then, with “Fast and Furious” still alive, more ATF aholes will be resigning, fleeing, or going to jail.
“We’re gonna need more jails”.
ATF is about as corrupt an agency that we have and that corruption goes back a long way, even well before Waco.

The ATF views them as a private army, which under a socialist government, is forbidden.
