On September 15, 2012, the Saudi daily Al-Shuroukh published a document authored by Muhammad Al-Zawahiri, the brother of Al-Qaeda leader Ayman Al-Zawahiri, proposing a 10-year hudna to the U.S. the West. The document's publication followed Al-Zawahiri's presentation of the main points of the initiative in interviews with Western media.
In the preface to the document, Al-Zawahiri put himself forward as mediator, and explains the need for the initiative, and the reasoning behind it. He presented himself as a member of what he referred to generally as "the Islamic movement," and noted that the initiative aims to serve the interests of the movement and of the Muslims. Addressing the West, which he called "the Muslims' Enemy No. 1," he warns that the Muslims' war against it will only escalate, and that what has happened so far is only the beginning. In this way, he seeks to persuade the West that it is best for it to agree to a ceasefire now.

I counter-propose that Muslims not be permitted to leave their countries, and be forced to take “How to behave like human beings” lessons until they prove they’re able to constructively participate in modern civilization.

Muslims are allowed to temporarily declare a truce in Jihad to re-arm, repopulate, consolidate and rebuild. They are not allowed to stop expansion of Islam until it takes over the world. Mohammed specifically limited Hudna (truce) to a MAXIMUM of ten years.

it should be understood hat they want to be left alone to establish a caliphate in all places where they have a majority. Within 10 years that will include Europe of course, since there are countries there where muslims have already reached critical mass.

In watching world events - and dog-that-didn’t-bark NON events - I think it’s safe to say the world doesn’t expect to be negotiating with zero much longer.
There are two forms of peace: the peace that comes from capitulation and the peace that comes from winning the war.
A Hudna request is asking us to capitulate and gives the enemy time to regroup. Warriors know that capitulation only brings slavery. The Islamists would not offer this if in fact they held a strong position. This is the very time we should double down on our efforts to destroy them.
In 2002 I heard a Phil Henry show that was all about the US losing the WOT. It was all a big joke of course but the show told American women how to size burkas and please men according to what we now know to be Sharia law. People who did not get the fact that show was a joke called in beyond p’d off. But of course the interaction of the host with them was part of the show.
Little did we know in 2002 that America would in 6 years elect Barry Hussein (mmm mmm mmm) and legitimately have to worry about sharia. Damn the joke is really on us. Well if nothing else I have been motivated to learn to shoot.

Accept the Hudna, within which they believe they will gather strength, use the time to drill oil and gas, collapse the oil cost down to reasonable, drying up the terrorist’s main source of Jihad money......game, set, match.
Except for Israel, detach all monies and diplomatic relations from Islamic nations and wait for all the infighting amongst the sects after the Muslim Brotherhood can no longer fund their various causes including Al-Qaeda, that keeps them focused on western nations.
