I played Football and Hockey when I was in high school. 5 AM on the ice for hockey practice and 3:30 PM on the field for football practice during the times the seasons overlapped.

During those times of the school year we , my teammates and I, would drive to the local Burger King and each buy two Whoppers along with the large fries and drinks. We burned off every calorie.
