Yeah....it was a great movie.

Randy has some Jewish genius in his lineage. He spent early years in New Orleans so figures he has a feel for the American South, I am sure he would tell you. I don’t like his style but I recognize his genius inherited or not. I wonder what he thinks of how Obama screws Israel and Netanyahu on a weekly basis. Most likely he is culturally Jewish but his higher calling is to Democrat liberalism, not Israel or the free market American capitalism that has made him rich enough to indulge his politically leftish whims.
This love letter to Obama tune gives him higher status, acclaim and brownie points in HollyWeird. Now his wife and relatives will like him even more.
The Setting: New York’s Central Park, around 6:30 pm.
The Scene: Randy Newman is taking his chihuahua for a walk. As he comes around a corner, he meets four teenage black youth.
DIALOGUE
Youth #1: Yo, whitey! You gots any money?
Newman: Why no, I don’t carry money in New York.
Youth #2: I think we need to convince this crackah that he should.
Newman: I’m sorry for not having any cash. Please don’t hurt me. You know, I wrote an anti-racism song about our President Obama!
Youth #1: Gimme yo f*ckin wallet, b*itch!
After surrending his wallet and watch, Newman is pummeled into incoherence. The youth walk away laughing.
The red head in I love LA is Laurel Howard
Newman thought this song was satire on the wealth gap. Actually he documented CA just before its decline into a third world hell hole.
