I agree about the boring part, the homo part, I dunno. Do not pay any attention to them. Judging from the rabid replies you get downthread, a lot of baseball fans here?

I recall when the Iranian hostages were returned, someone suggested giving them lifetime season passes to some baseball team. Some wag replied: "Haven't they suffered enough?" Sums it up.

Baseball has long been referred to as the thinking man's game. Perhaps that's why you don't enjoy baseball.

I went to a Rays game last month and it was like watching the Bad News Bears. (The 1976 version with Vic Morrow as the Yankees coach. I really like Vic Morrow;he was a terrific actor).
