This was the state I was concerned about since I had seen a poll yesterday showing Romney down 8, but I trust Rasmussen so this is VERY good news.

It looks like Romney is gaining. He must have connected with his recent comments with Americans who are tired of footing the bill for other’s freebies.

I hate to say it but, their are lots of people who have dropped out of politics. They’ve had enough of all of them.

But according to Washington Post, Romney has lost Virginia. Could it be... Rasmussen is more accurate?

How is this possible? Two reasons- inner city Richmond and Northern Virginia, with its large number of government workers. This isn’t your father’s Virginia.

Send Paul Ryan into the rural southern and central parts of the state, he ought to make a good impression there.

This poll is four days old and Rasmussen polls every day, so this is quite stale.

VA mirrors KY. Cities vs Rural areas. Ryan needs to get to VA ASAP.

This is with 500 voters. ARG had a sample with 1200 and had Romney up by 5%. VA is slipping away from Obozo everyday. The ground game for the GOP here is good.

Those soccer moms, who adored Bill Clinton, are still killing us in VA.

Again with the Gub'mnt workers ~ like from the Pentagon and the working arm of the intelligence apparatus?

You got the wrong gub'mnt workers ~ besides they can't afford to live in Arlington and Alexandria where all the Leftwingtards from the large national nonprofit organizations are headquartered!

The problem is non-government people who move here from communist dominated states ~ like New Jersey, Maryland, Delaware, New York, CT, MA and RI ~ and then try to impose their mistaken ideas and stupid notions on the rest of us.

Call your cousin Lenny who raises funds for the Bernie Madoff Rehab Wing of the ACLU to go back home. We are oversubscribed in his type.

Virgil Goode could tip VA to Obama if it is this close.

if both candidates popularity levels are collapsing, and given the fact neither one were ever very popular anyway, you should see quantum drops of first one, then the other, unfortunately readjusted by the hapless polsters to reflect something nearer 50/50.

And, that's what we see in VIrginia.

Lots of government workers in Northern Virginia and they all vote Democrat.

We need to rescind the voting rights of all government workers except for the military.

I disagree as I have been out canvassing for 2 months now and I have never had an easier time in 10 years getting people fired up to vote. Obuggery is slipping big here especially in Prince William County which basically put him over the top.
