A potential diplomatic storm may be brewing prior to the arrival next week of Egyptian President Mohammed Morsi in New York City and the White House.
State Dept (unclassified) brief:
Egypt’s general prosecutor issued arrest warrants and referred to trial seven Egyptian Coptic Christians and American pastor Terry Jones on charges linked to the inflammatory video, media report. The accused, all of whom are believed to be outside Egypt, could face the death penalty if convicted of harming national unity, insulting Islam, and spreading false information...

We extradited a respectable Englishman for selling batteries on the web last year and another young English kid for downloading a song. The British were up in arms as they didn’t break a law in their country but the US extradited them anyway...don’t know what happened in the end but do know we’ll get no sympathy from Europe after that...
I have no idea about the law regarding extradition but apparently the moviemaker broke sharia law in Egypt. I would be concerned, only because the obama regime are on a witch hunt on behalf of the Muslim Brotherhood, and big supporters of international law and governance. Islam and Socialism are both totalitarian. None of this was/is coincidental.
WTH will the Republicans do anyway? The Republicans in the congress are just as
culpable for what's happening as the Democrats. Neither party has balls.
It's frustrating that Boehner isn't raising hell like his predecessor did at every turn.
And I completely refuse to believe that Romney will do a damn thing either.
And now we know why the government is so busy acquiring all that hollow-point ammunition. They just want to maintain the peace and as ‘Wiley Cat’ in the old Pogo comics would say “There aint nothing more peaceful than a dead man”. Kind of gives you an idea on what that whole “Religion Of Peace” thing is all about.
