Ricky Burgess is a race-baiting poverty pimp and a blot on Pittsburgh.

I long for the day his brakes go out coming down from Troy Hill........

They’ll have to get a WISCO to fill one seat.

Whereas forty years ago it was all about having the schools integrated.

Its about politics.

When Clarence Thomas got the “traditional Black seat” on the SCOTUS the entitlement class and libs had a herd of cows.

Is this anything like the Islamic Caliphate concept that once an area is under Islam, it is forever Islamic? Once a position of power is black, is it a black sinecure forever?

Because as we all know, having black council members rather than white members insures that black kids will get great educations. I’d like to see the graduation rates and scholastic achievements for black kids in the Pittsburgh schools since quotas were set for black representatives on school boards. I’ll bet after forty or fifty years of quotas, having black members over people of other colors hasn’t done a damn thing for black school kids.

So he has a problem with persons of other races? I see.. What else then? Will he hate others because of their religion too? How does such bigotry towards others extend?

Maybe Ricky can enlighten everyone why persons of a certain race must be represented by that very same race? And, if he would, then explain how our black President is however qualified to lead a nation of many races.

Perhaps Ricky is better suited as a ‘community organizer’, in that role bigotry and division of people based on superficial reasons is welcomed. And unfortunately rewarded.

Ricky Burgess is the same guy pushing for the City of Pittsburgh to stop asking on job applications whether or not you’ve committed a felony.
