Netanyahu is one of the few leaders in the world who takes his responsiblity to his citizenry seriously. He has to. I have no interest in starting a war with Iran or any other Islamist state, but if Bibi chooses to do so, I would support Israel rhetorically and advocate for US support in the form of financial, diplomatic, and military resources.

I would have no problem playing the kid on the playground that holds everyone back while the two other kids go at it.

"Some non-nuclear EMP weapons..."

You have developed new technology?

He did.

Yes, there are non-nuclear EMP weapons: NNEMP (Google it). Smaller area of effect.

I, too, expect Israel to be the first nation to use one in combat.

Popular Mechanics ran an article about it 15 or so years ago. I read it while getting my son his first haircut at Supercuts.

You learn a lotta stuff while in a waiting room. ;)

Thursday evening? He’ll have to miss Dancing with the Stars (or whatever dribble is on that night) to deal with something more important.

4. A strike on the theopolitical heads of government, would be in turn, with Command and Control. This would include all civilian TV and radio communications.

Do you think, if we asked nice, that they'd be willing to take out MSNBC, CNN, and ABC while they're at it? /sarc>

Cheers!

Trust I’m not anti-Israel, but I am pro-America. This idea that we should send our sons and daughters to war on a time table dictated by some other country is crazy and dangerous. Yes the Jewish community is very strong and of course Israel is an important ally, but we elect our own President and Congress to make those decision on our behalf.

The entire situation with regards to Iran is built around a time table. Iran’s time table to develop and deploy nuclear weapons. And no one here is advocating US involvement. In fact, Israel has been the leader of the Free World ever since GWB declined to support the Israeli strike on the Syrian nuclear reactor complex. The best we can hope for from an Obama run US, is for the US to stand down. With psychopath Obama running the military, one never knows what will happen. Just look at the great work Obama has done in Libya, Egypt, Tunisia and Syria.

Do you know when all the military assets that are amassed in the region are scheduled to depart?

Interesting post. Thank you.

“That’s KB’s code for supporting Iran against Israel.”

Yes because all of us concerned over the effects of two decade long land wars in the Middle East on the US military want to see Israel get hurt by Iran - rolls eyes -

“it doesn’t mention either U.S. OR ISRAEL support for AMERICAN ACTION against Iran.”

Maybe because there isn’t any. You’re in zealot land if you think there’s ANY support in this country, after two decade long land wars in the Middle East, for an Iranian invasion.

Not that a sicko fanatic such as yourself cares but for the record, per Jim Rob’s rules:

“Please: NO profanity”

Any war scenario from the Washington Post or New York Times is going to be too gay and embarrassing for me to read. Their reporters should stick to their real forte, Metro section coverage such as reviewing the newest tapas restaurant.

The key thing for USA to harden up against EMP is our electrical grid. I heard last night on Coast to Coast that this can be done for 1.3 billion. Even multiply this by 5 and you have a bargain. I sure hope Israel is hardening military and sensive electronics everywhere. Because once they unleash hell via EMP strike others will attack them the same way

At this late date the only way Israel can delay Iran is via EMP strike. Then if severe escalation follows they will use some small nukes. I would love to see Qom get a focused EMP hit, the fat bloated mullahs would be spooked to (Allah’s) hell. How about a focused EMP over Mecca?

Who ever wrote this must think we are idiots. Or purhepas they think our TOTUS is one:

“I don’t like physics,” Malia says. “It’s too complicated.”

“I know just how you feel, honey,” Obama says. “I’ve got a few problems like that, too.

The poll is probably correct, though who knows how Democrat it is slanted. I assume at least somewhat more liberal leaning, if not greatly. The poll was done by a group which has as one of its (many) directors, Michelle Obama:

An EMP might be more effective and would render them unable to mount a counter-offense. Main objective should be to make them incapable of continuing to produce uranium for bombs. Hitting Libya and some other Taliban strongholds on the way out might not hurt either.

If the folks in Muslim countries want to continue to act like 10th century savages, let's let them live that way. Go Bibi!

“Land wars that went that long because some fools pretending to be on the RIGHT stood against those wars with the Left and jihadis UNDERMINING OUR TROOPS, and constantly whining about Israel.”

Rumsfield was in league with the jihadists? Who knew. I guess that type of genius insight can only come from engaging in such intellectual activities as throwing stones at women who show too much arm at the Western Wall.

Excellent point. Taiwan is another example of this foolish policy.
