Obama could face October surprise
San Francisco Chronicle / SFGate.com ^ | Updated 5:53 p.m., Saturday, September 22, 2012 | Willie Brown

Mitt Romney has little chance of winning the presidential election, but Barack Obama could still lose it.

Take a look at the polls: Romney just can't sell himself. In fact, the more you see of the guy, the less you are willing to buy.

On the other side, Obama's lead is still narrow, but growing. Nothing is going to change on the economy between now and Nov. 6, so Obama has weathered that storm.

But if he appears overly aggressive or cocky or condescending in the debates, or if the lid really comes off the Middle East, he could still find himself in the middle of a real October surprise.

What a poorly written piece of brain dandruff this is!

O”Bumbler hasn't posted a true approval rating above fifty percent in almost three years. As a matter of fact he is often below forty five. The economy is bad and getting worse. Several major companies have already announced more than 250,000 MORE job cuts, and this tool thinks O’Bumbler is a shoe in.

I would not be surprised if Romney took forty states! Look at the over sampled polls. Democrats are at a low water mark for registration while Republicans have never had more registered voters. Yet, the polls always sample 42 - 45% Democrat against 30% Republican.

O’Bumbler is toast. His internals have him in WI for K rist sake.

Short-sighted wishful thinking there, don’t ya think? First of all, whether anything changes with the economy is not really the point. The point is that as we draw nearer to the election, more and more people will begin to really focus on the issues, the economy being #1.

I recommend that the Obama’s move to either Libya, Syria, or Egypt. They should feel right at home in any of those hell holes.

Willie sounds worried, and that’s a good omen for Romney.

Obama has inherited his fathers anti colonial politics. He will make sure the next Supreme court Justice is liberal and our guns will vaporize
If Romney wins we will still have a mess but a capitalist will be president

“Take a look at the polls: Romney just can’t sell himself. In fact, the more you see of the guy, the less you are willing to buy.”

Take a look at the polls: the lame-stream has to over-sample Dims at more than the 2008 turnout level to get Zero in the lead.

“In fact, the more you see of the guy, the less you are willing to buy.”

This is true of both candidates. The deciding factor will be which one is responsible for the current mess.

I completely agree with you. It’s sad to say,but I also think that it is meant for Obama to win. Believe me when I say that I would take a homeless person over Obama any day. But the sad truth is that the world is corrupt now and most people are being deceived by the Devil. So that is why they will most likely re-elect Obama. I don’t even want to think of what we are headed for. God help us.
