Meanwhile...I can't find the link at the moment but early this morning there was a report about the Smith Casey race being VERY close! Within the mOE IIRC! The same story also mentioned Romney within 5 - OR LESS - of BO!

Not very alert this morning....stayed up to watch the Steeler game and when I finally got into bed the phone rang. Someone had broken into my wife's uncle's house that is for sale.

Had to get up and go search through the house. Nothing was taken, I think a neighbor might have scared the perp away or they were just casing the place.

Thing is it's a HUGE house and I had to search everywhere so I am beat, LOL!

Also played an open stage Friday night. Did pretty kinda OK.

Of course the crowd didn't get my humor. While they were miking my guitar I told the crown... Howdy yunz all I'm Will and I'm here for a little self improvement...self humiliation....No...humiliation, not self immolation....I tried that...(looking up at the sprinkler system over my head) DANG FIRE EXTINGUISHER!

Crickets....sigh.

At least I played pretty good and they liked that. I was the only one to do finger picking.

Morning! Sounds like you had an interesting weekend! Ha!

I didn’t watch the Steeler game. I was upstairs on the computer looking for a recipe for ‘potstickers’. Oh man, I love those, but they are a lot of work!

We need to get new locks on our doors. We live out of town with about 10 other homes nearby. Most of the neighbors are trustworthy, but one family is known for trouble.......Anyway, there was a break-in last week about a mile down the road from us.

Yesterday morning we got us and a huge branch on our old apple tree was down. We spent the day sawing wood and piling it up. We have a nice pile of wood for our chiminair next year. Still have a big pile of branches to be put in the compost pile.

I’m hearing good things about the Smith/Casey race. I was supposed to pick up a bunch of campaign materials for distributions but the tree incident precluded that. Oh well, the guy I was supposed to get them from asked me if I could get him Romney signs. I work across the street from the GOP headquarters so I’ll pick him up a couple of signs to take out to him this evening.

OK, who the heck is this “honey boo boo” that I keep hearing Quinn and other people in the media referring to? WHO IS IT?

Honey boo boo is kinda cool. A 6yo(?) pagent contestant with a heavy set mother who keeps pushing her. Down south type folk.

I told mrs p6 you didn’t know Honey Boo Boo and she said she envys you. One day a while back they ran all the episodes back to back. We watched them all. Many brain cells died.

Had a busy weekend too—grand baby was Christened yesterday; spent Saturday fighting asthma (allergies bad right now—need a hard freeze) and cooking!!!

Even out in NHills (where daughter lives) saw a fewof of “Save The Coal Industry—Fire Obama!” signs. I want one of those :). North of Pgh not really coal country (like Westmoreland, Indiana and Washington counties) so happy to see them getting what is happening to coal (and our electric rates) out there!

Found a Smith sign near where I work it was on the road..center lane getting run over..I got it put it out in the yard. We need Sarah to help Tom Smith..someone on a PA Sarah web site told me he was not conservative enough for Sarah???? When are the hours for Republican Headquarters? Picked up signs one time older lady working seemed like a RINO to me..we need to clean out the old guard in Harrisburg.

Did any of yinz hear on the last newsbreak that Chartiers Cemetery in Carnegie is now opening a section for Muslim burials?

There’s already a semi-stealth mosque in Carnegie now. I didn’t realize there was that large a population.
