The Boy Scouts of America has lost one of it's biggest corporate donors, Intel, who announced Sunday they will no longer fund the organization until gay Scouts and leaders are welcome within the organization.
Eagle Scout Zach Wahls, founder of Scouts for Equality, launched a campaign urging Intel to pull funding from the Boy Scouts after a report revealed the company gave nearly $700,000 to the Boy Scouts in 2010.
"Intel made the right decision here, in order to live up to their corporate values of diversity, equality and individual liberty," said Wahls. "Companies that support the LGBT community simply can't be in the business of funding organizations that discriminate.
In a statement released Friday, Intel's Chief Diversity Officer, Rosalind Hudnell, said that the company could no longer fund the Boy Scouts of America, so long as the Scouts stand by their long-held policy barring gay troops and leaders from participating in the organization.
Intel is one of the largest employers in the Valley.
It is really starting to come to a head folks.

When the Gay Platform of 1972 contains objectives like the repeal of all sodomy and age of consent laws, that’s a link.
When even Kinsey stated that 37 percent of the homosexuals he interviewed admitted to deviant sex with underage boys, that’s a link.
When more recent research finds that the homosexual rate for child molestation is through the roof compared to heterosexuals, that’s a link.
When the North American Man-Boy Love Association (NAMBLA) and its’ modern counterpart, B4U-ACT, both petition for the removal of laws and stigma of man-boy sex, that’s a link.
When Elton John holds a concert with male dancers, dressed as Boy Scouts, who writhe suggestively on stage, and the crowd goes wild, that’s a link.
I could go on, but I think the Readership gets the idea that we’ve seen enough headlines about Scoutmasters, dirty priests and high school coaches have been bunning little boys for so long that we have come to the inescapable conclusion that a very high proportion of homosexuals have a sick and salivating interest in little boys.
But how is ‘gay America’ going to meld with ‘Sharia America’? LGBT and Islam are both being forced down the throats of Americans.. I suppose this is more about CRUSHING THE FOUNDATION OF AMERICA (CHRISTIAN VALUES) AND OUR CONSTITUTION. The perpetrators of this progressive approach to killing America don’t care about the messy details.
Well - I guess I have to sell my Intel stock at a loss. Oh well. Maybe I’ll offer it for 30% under market value ;-)
This society is bound and determined to destroy every vestige of traditionalism that made America the great country it was, before it became the cauldron of perversion it is now.
The queers have drooled over the hope of getting at the Scouts for decades. I hope the Scouts hold strongly against this latest assault.
I will not buy another Intel product for as long as there are alternatives on the market, and I just sold my Intel stock.
And the intent is rather obvious; simply, they seek to put an end to BSA.
1) Big donors to the BSA pull their funding because the Scouts don't admit homosexuals.
2) Meanwhile, the BSA is currently under barrage from various criminal law cases due to the abuses inflicted on boys by homosexual Scout leaders who mananged to sneak past the screen.
If I wanted to crush an organization like the BSA out of existence, I couldn't think of a better scenario.
Fine. AMD has a new customer.
So, if someone disagrees with you, you pull their funding, in the name of diversity???
