Girls Age 14 Can Get Birth Control At New York City Schools
New York City school and health officials are stepping on parental rights by going beyond condom giveaways and giving girls as young as age 14 “morning-after pills” and other chemical contraceptives at school without telling their parents, leaders of traditional values groups said Monday.
Their reactions were sparked by news that nurses in 13 public high schools are dispensing Plan B emergency contraception and other products to sexually active students who ask for it.
“We’re incensed at the arrogance of this administration. The state is constantly telling parents, ‘We know better than you on how to raise your children,’” said the Rev. Jason McGuire, executive director of the New Yorker's Family Research Foundation.
“Our kids are being targeted and they’re being sold sex. That’s what this is all about, and it needs to stop,” said Michelle Mulledy, New York state director for Concerned Women for America.

They have free condoms at my daughters HS. My daughter says most of the boys feel pressure to get some just to show off to the girls that they have/”need” them. The school uses the fact they’re being taken as proof all the kids are having sex and they’re doing the right thing.
NYC encourages kids to have sex. They have a mandatory pro-sex sex ed starting at 11 years old.
Public schools should have NOTHING to do with sex, period.
Perverts run these schools now.
If a young person is mature enough to have sex then they are darn well mature enough to go to a 7-11 and purchase a condom. Period. Get this crap out of our schools!
The obvious next step: the kids realize that they can SELL sex. And why not, if it is advertised as a wholesome exercise that is good for everyone? Welcome to the Brave New World of Aldous Huxley, written exactly 80 years ago.
So, will we next hear about how the kids are selling Plan-B on the street?

As bad as that is, I believe the “morning-after” pill destroys a fertilized egg; it is an early abortion. Minors can’t get tattoos without parental consent...
Girls can’t get their ears pierced without parental consent either.
It’s amazing that they haven’t found a way do do away with homeschooling.
Maybe that will come in Obomba’s second term, when he has more flexibility.
Post the names and addresses if the people administering the program. (Not the Mayor, the little people that don’t have 20 bodyguards).
Ypu, they’ll hand you birth control stuff, but don’t get caught with a 32 oz pop.
Heaven forbid that the parents dare to impose their reporductive values on their underage kids.
