Think on this. WE use to make TVs, washers, dryers, refrigerators, stereos, and various things....up until the 1970s...here in America. Today, WE don’t manufacture any TVs....as far as I know. There are few if any computers, monitors or laptops made in the US. I’d be guessing that half the washers, dryers and refrigerators are made outside of the country. Car parts? Probably half of every single replacement car part....made beyond US borders.

So what happened? We lost a segment of our nation somewhere in the 1990s. Clinton, Bush, and Obama have utilized a weak-dollar gimmick...to booster what limited things remain....to help us sell items to Europe or wherever. A weak dollar policy is stupid, but it’s the long term trick that has kept what little remains as attractive.

The outsource strategy...has screwed America, and will continue to do so...for decades to come.

I think that we have the highest tax on corporations haven’t helped. Along with the EPA, OSHA and tighter regulations. Haven’t helped.
