BREAKING: MINNEAPOLIS – Officers are on the scene of a reported shooting at a north Minneapolis business.
Hennepin County sheriff's spokeswoman Lisa Kiava says deputies were called to a shooting on the city's north side on Thursday.
Footage from a television news helicopter shows multiple squad cars encircling a business called Accent Signage Systems in the Bryn Mawr neighborhood.

Later, local activist and anti-violence activist KG Wilson said police told him they had found the shooter dead of a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head.

On Thursday evening, police forced their way into (the shooter’s) home ....
Neighbors said a single man lived in the home. Last week, they said, a man was arrested on the house’s lawn. He was put in a squad car and kicked the window out, neighbors said.
Yet police say the shooter had no arrest record. Did this mysterious incident a week before have anything to do with the shooting?
“The shooter was also known to police prior to Thursday’s incident.”
