I would guess that he was allowed to resign with full benefits because if the incident had been brought to a military court it would have been very embarrassing to shine a spotlight on our suicidal ROE.

West is an honorably discharged veteran. Democrats don’t like that and vote for the draft dodger or the one that took a President to change his discharge from dishonorable to honorable.
