Zero is -2 in approval from yesterday. And +2 in disapproval from yesterday.

At 48% approval, with 38 days to go, he is no lock for re-election. Not with Libya scandal about to explode and the economy tanking more.

I believe people have come to think of 9% unemployment as “the new normal”.

The margin of error is 3%. So, he could actually be at 51% approval, or as low as 43% disapproval.

When you are President having 43% disapprove of you is bad stuff if you are a Democrat ~ 'cause those guys are only granting 35% to the Republicans! That's another 8% consisting of WHO and they've decided You're no good, you're no good, you're no good, Baby, you're no good (I'm gonna say it again), You're no good, you're no good, you're no good, Baby, you're no good

Ugh, You know what. These poll are getting on my nerves. I don’t understand how folks could want 4 more years of this. I just want one poll to show Romney leading. Just one. Close isn’t good enough I need to see a lead. Please.

And $4 gas... It’s all media driven. If they are not told to be outraged (by the news media) then they feel like they’re all alone so they just go with flow. During the Bush presidency they were reminded every nigh that gas was a “apin at the pump” (even though it averaged 2 bucks). And then they’d politicize the dead soldiers in Iraq and Afghanistan. Drip, drip.

Now. No more - even though more have died in Afghanistan under Obama. And gas has doubled. Instead we get Obama at the basketball game. Hey, there’s Obama making the NCAA picks. Oh, there is Michelle on the View. How cool.

It’s propaganda tactics that goes back to the days of the Roman empire.

T'is tough for Gallup to do their job, when Holder and the DOJ are threatening them with criminal indictments.

If the media actually did their damn job instead of kissing Obama’s ass he would be down 30 points right now, a stray cat could beat him easily..but the media has decided that its their job to get Obama re-elected, no matter what..and let Obama get away with anything he wants(Libya as proof of that)

I want to run a poll and ask if you’d be friends with someone who lied to you, helped you not better yourself, said something and did the opposite, told you what to eat and drink, etc..... Whoever votes for Obama/Biden are poor judges of character and like being taken care of or stealing their way through life. They also need to be asked how many states are in the union of the US!

Hopefully stupid is not the new normal...

If Obama were a Republican, he’d be sitting at 25% approval and probably would been shamed into not even attempting a re-election.

Can you imagine SNL, late night TV, Jon Stewart etc — We want 4 more years of this guy? Is he serious about wanting 4 more?

Imagine the newscast leading off every night with economic facts and data (not spin). They’d have a field day with gas prices, debt, unemployment. You think they’d let a Repub get away with revising the unemployment claims 50 weeks straight? You think they’d let a Repub magically pull 400,000 jobs out of his ass 5 days before the first debate (so he’s in the black on job creation)? Please!

The media is a joke.

This signals that he and Romney are poised to move back to ‘tied’ over the next couple of days.

The latest narrative about the economy is “The focus shouldn’t be on growth, but sustainability.”

Get used to hearing that for the next 4 years if Obozo wins.

Rush said yesterday that Gallup was #18 on the list of the most accurate polls of the 2008 election, so they not very reliable. I believe Romney is ahead.

Right. Because when the growth (GDP) is going backwards to 1.25% it's hard to argue for, um, growth. But you can make an argument for sustainability(another progressive BS buzzword which is used for everything). In other words, sustain it above negative numbers.

The problem is that almost fifty million people are on the government debit card, which is the invisible form of food stamps, and before them the soup lines. Keep the destitute invisible and well-fed and the rest of the country won't even notice.

During the Great Depression there were documented cases of working people who committed suicide rather than endure the shame of "going on relief." Today they are more likely defiantly to flaunt their "obama money."

The media hasn’t been the media for a very long time. I dont know when the exact moment was when they sold their souls to the devil but that is exactly what they did. They can support whoever the hell they darn well please but when they become Journalists their JOB is to serve US, to tell US the truth no matter if its someone they support. Their job is to tell us the truth about what is going on in this country, about what is going on in this White House..if Obama were a Republican he would have about 20 percent approval right now(And those would be the lefty freaks who would support him even if he killed their mamma) and impeachment proceedings over what happened in Libya would be happening right now.
Imagine if Bush were President right now, or ANY Republican President, who has this massive cover up going on about Libya, the media would be demanding answers, and rightfully so, I dont want ANY President covering up anything..but since its Obama, he gets away with EVERYTHING..and that is why Obama isn’t fearful of anything, he knows he has the media in his back pocket and that is scary, when you mix media and the White House and cover ups, its a bad combination

And that's why you saw him stumble so badly on Univision forum. He's gone 4 years with out one hard hitting interview. And so anyone that puts him on the spot, he stumbles.

By nature, your game just goes soft. It's like being the CEO on the golf course and every 3 foot putt is given to you by your employees/clients. Then you get in a real match and there are no more gimmees. You aren't prepared.
