Late yesterday afternoon, in an obvious attempt to rescue President Obama from what could and should be a brutal round of Sunday shows examining the cover up the White House is currently engaged in with respect to the sacking of our consulate in Libya, the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (DNI) released a statement revising its assessment of the attack. It is now the official position of the American intelligence community that what happened in Benghazi was a pre-planned terrorist attack. [SNIP]
And this, my friends, is how a cover up works.
And so, the only response to this cynical muddying of the waters is a 30,000 foot approach that might help connect some dots.
Standing on the shoulders of those who have done the admirable work of digging into and investigating this story (most notably, Brett Baier of Fox News, Stephen Hayes of the Weekly Standard, Jake Tapper of ABC News, and the Daily Beast's Eli Lake), what I want to do is lay out a timeline of known facts that answer a very simple question:
What did our government know and what were we told when they knew it?
What you'll see below was inspired by the vitally important video-report Brett Baier closed "Special Report" with last night, but this will hopefully go into even greater detail. We'll also look into three specific areas: 1) Security failures. 2) The lies. 3) The attempted cover up of numbers one and two.

The opportunities lost to take out the perpetrators. The failure to act as if the zer0 administration actually gave a happy. The news, if a real president was in office, would have been America retaliated and took out those who did the deed. Opportunities were lost, because of a failure to respond. To me this confirms, zer0 had to be dragged into taking out bin laden. zer0 didn’t want to do it. zer0 never wants to do anything except help the enemy. hilary is the same way. The enemy means more to the zer0 crowd than do Americans or American lives. Has been confirmed over and over and over. And the media still shrills for this zer0 crowd.

Good! But how exactly can they spin it? Even with the reluctance of the US press to tell the truth about anything relating to Obama, it’s getting out; for one thing, I don’t think the underlings are interested in taking the fall for him again.
The only way the press can really “spin” it is by refusing to cover it altogether, which was really pretty close to what they did (it was on the front page for exactly two days, along with Egypt, and the attack on Camp Bastion never even made it to the front page).
Yet they have done business with them in Libya and now possibly Syria.
Neither of Nixon’s or Clinton’s cover-ups and lies involved FOUR DEAD AMERICANS, INCLUDING AN AMBASSADOR!!!
Exactly. This could have legs. If GOP grows some balls. They need to declare emergency hearings. Even the lib media knows this is huge and can’t brush it off. The only way it dies is if the GOP lets it die.
There is no way he can get elected if this grows into a scandal. It’s an October surprise. The guy went to vegas and partied on the very next night The optics are devastating.
FOX News is doing some serious news reporting on this, Baier was huge. Catherine ??? was on hannity and she was great.
Notice how we had a Friday night news dump about admission that WH was wrong.. And then TODAY a Saturday our gov’t issues a security warning to Americans in Egypt.. Hmmmm.. If it weren’t for Friday evenings and the weekend, 0bamacare also would’ve never been sh!tted through Congress!
The US press will either have to drop all pretense of being an “objective observer and reporter of the facts” and have O-B-A-M-A tattooed on their foreheads, or they begin to read the writing on the wall and become journalists once again... they can’t have it both ways...

how promptly, our Prez acted in accepting his resignation.

The US was hit by another terrorist attack and the Zero administration and his propaganda arm (the “news” media) do not want it going on record that a terrorist attack happened on Zero’s watch.
