All of a sudden, victims of domestic violence are getting help earlier and avoiding becoming murder victims. What kind of help? Maybe they are some of the tens of thousands in Wisconsin who have concealed carry permits.

Don't worry; 3 months of 2012 left, moving into a rather bleak & Dickinsonian holiday season, with Obama still in charge (at least until January) provides plenty of motive and opportunity to catch up.

And when Obama loses the election, look for new records being set among/by the "peaceful and tolerant".

But but but... Biden said GOP policies would cause more murders
and rapes, how can this be? (He said it about Michigan but he could
have been thinking he was in WI).

Two things: when the law was passed, it never failed that liberals on the comment pages would think that permits were being given out to anyone who wanted one that same day; when Pres. Bush signed the EO to allow drilling in Alaska, the price of crude dropped substantially, even though not a hole had been drilled.

Plus, no feral youths have ganged up on any suburbanites at city celebrations since the law passed.
