Roberts is wrong. He was to decide if it was constitutional or not and nothing about an election or what side of the aisle it came from.

Either EVERYONE is under socialistic healthcare of NO ONE is.

Global funds/bank bailout fascist style. Right out of leverage shackle-citizens mandate.

Their cover.

When did he do that?
He has also said he likes parts.
He has said republicans can fix it.
He has also repeal and replace.
His advisers have said he won't.
It will be hard for Romney to end the very thing he was the model for.

The BS meter is completely overloaded. The issue is not that the anger has subsided in any way. The issue is a profoundly dishonest media that continues to ignore and suppress the will of the people. You can shout at a brick wall for just so long. Sometimes it takes a while to bring the heavy equipment necessary to solve the problem. They won’t like what happens when a wrecking ball is applied to the wall...

Does anyone believe for a second that this wasn't the liberals' plan all along? Just get the damned thing passed, then complacency will set in and we'll be entrenched forever.

It is the nature of an incremental enemy.

When Americans realize they’re going to bend over and kiss their rears goodbye at the order of Big Bro’s Death Panels, the feces will hit the political fan.

Please pardon me for filing this under "When The Supreme Court Gets A Hold Of This They'll Slap It Down"; "But Of Course, The Campaign Finance Law Will Be Declared Unconstituional" and "Romney Will Really Listen To Us Because We'll Hold His Feet To The Fire".

In other words, if wishes were bicycles, beggars would ride.

RomneyCare, father of ObamaCare+

Well, the son is a bit overweight. Did Romneycare have over 2,000 pages of regulations that Obamacare has?????? I just heard on FOX that beginning this month, hospitals are fined 2,000 $ for every patient that is re-admitted within a thirty day period. This is great for those of us that have congestive heart failure (CHF), and those with relapses,. someone may pick up pneumonia after surgery-—these things may result in death.
Romney has promised to immediately give all states the option of getting out of Obamacare and says he will repeal it in toto and start over. You Juan Williams fans are doing nothing but helping this Muslim SOB get re-electer!

"Not a great plan!"

It cost them DEARLY, both Federally and locally, in 2010, and quite likely again in 2012.

What ever happened to the political power of Republican anger over President Obama’s health-care reform?

Simple answer: The GOPe nominated the godfather of obamacare as their standard-bearer.

There's no "apathy" here at all. I took a lot of crap for it here at the time, but when ObamaCare was passed in 2010 I said the GOP was 100% on board with most of its provisions and wouldn't even bother repealing it at all.

Sometimes I hate being right.

Obamacare is a ho-hum, yawn topic for the public. Anyone thinking that the issue was going to survive to Nov. 6 election has forgotten that the attention span of the average American is equal to the average time for an NFL game, which is approx. 3 hours.

2010 was not supposed to ne the blowout it was.

Scott Walker was supposed to lose in WI.

Many pro-marriage bills passed which were not supposed to.

Let’s wait until Nov to see the outcome......predictions rarely work.

There is still plenty of outrage. But you can’t live every day of your life lashing out like an angry bull.

After Chief Justice Roberts’ abandonment of constitutional law to give Obama a win, the legal avenues available to change or eliminate ObamaKare have essentially been reduced to only one: win this election.

Romney has made it clear that he will shut down the implementation and work to overturn the law. If he isn’t elected we will be stuck with ObamaKare until SHTF gets here.

You couldn't be more wrong.

I really don’t see any apathy. If the GOP wins, they get rid of Obamacare.

If people liked it, the dems wouldn’t still be trying to sell it.

Beware the Juan Williams, he is wrong quite often.

he does have some very valid points about Republican apathy on this issue...

There is no apathy.

Every conservative voter has made it quite clear that repeal of Obamacare is a priority issue with them.

In response, every Republican candidate has pledged they will vote to repeal Obamacare.

Consequently, there is a widespread assumption that repeal of Obamacare is a done deal -- pending a GOP win of both the White House and the Senate.

Making this happen is now the focus of our efforts. As per usual, Juan Williams is FOS.
