There are reports of disability approval rates in Puerto Rico in the 90%+ range.
Imagine these rates are similar, just not as well publicized, in other 'rat strongholds where the welfare state reigns.

A 40 something daughter of people, we know, is an alcoholic, who is in and out of the tax paid dryout places on a regular revolving door basis. An aquaintance of them recently asked her parents if she was on Medical, and got a guick hell no. However, no definitive response was asked if she was on SS Disability. She is probably on SS Disability, which explains why she never sobers up and blames others for her being a revolving drunk.
