It could mean that to Obamabots it doesn’t matter what the anointed one does.

A-HAA, see the MSM was fudging the polls in 2008 too. We all know McCain won in a landslide just like Rush predicted he would.

Troublemaker :)

Oh, there is a DEFCOM level 10 alarm ringing in my ears. I guess I worry that the country has changed, that we now have a majority of dependent children deciding and running the show. If that’s true, then we get what we deserve, I guess.

I hope I’m wrong.

So-called media, so-called scientists, so-called public servants, all of them, cooked up so-called scientific data on global levels to deceive and fabricate and bamboozle the world about Globull Warming, do you have any doubts they’re capable of deceiving and fabricating and bamboozling polls-scholls in favor of their favorite messiah??

What you should do is to trust your own heart and senses, not these fabricated polls-schmolls. Is there any chance in hell that this wreck will get another 4 years as president of the USA?? I don’t think so either. It ain’t gonna happen. Trust your own intuition and move forward (pun!) positively. obama will NEVER get another 4 years in the WH.

True enough and I am glad you are voting. I live in California talk about voter depression I don't know how many tax increases or parcel taxes I have voted no on only to find them passed. In June we had an election and I really didn't want to go because I knew it didn't matter well my husband dragged me out to vote and I was shocked when 2 of the props I voted no for failed I was ecstatic!
It just goes to show you just never know. As they say - It ain't over till the fat lady sings and crossing your fingers and toes can't hurt either.

Sadly, I think we are merely delaying the inevitable. If we have to convince people, this far along, that Obama is the wrong guy then something is seriously wrong considering the laundry list of historic failures. The MSM bias is so over the top now, so prevalent, it’s impossible to overcome. They cover for his every mistake while nailing Romney for imaginary ones. I see Obama commercials on tv everyday, not one for Romney. There is absolutely no reason why we should lose this election, yet we probably will. Just sad. America is all but dead and the next four years will seal our fate. As much as I love Ryan, Rubio would have been a better choice demographically in turn of appeal with latino voters. That may have tipped the scales.

Could it be that the liberal douchebag posing as a libertarian Gary Johnson is having more of an impact than we suspected? After all, these are 2-candidate polls only.

In 2012, Obama’s presidency has brought zero economic growth to the country, Al-Qaeda on the rise again despite Bin Laden’s death, and a healthcare mandate that’s unpopularity (which continues to this day) got his party shellacked in the mid-term. There is no obamamania out there. Black pastors have turned against the president. He’s lost huge amounts of youth, Jews and Catholics. He’s the most hated president in history among conservatives.

And yet, he sits at 50% in the one poll that we conservatives consider gospel. Honestly, what has Romney done to give himself a chance to win this thing? I would submit that he has done very little. I had some hope back in May and June when it looked like he might be willing to go after Obama a bit, certainly more than McCain did. But since August, the R/R campaign has so far been like a Seinfeld episode - a campaign about nothing. Put yourself in the shoes of an undecided voter (however dumb they may be) - what reasons has the Romney campaign given them to support his candidacy? I can't even come up with a theme as to their message, other than "Obama is a great guy, but...". I'm sorry, but that isn't a winning message for the people that pay little attention to politics.

I think it will come down to this first debate. If Romney only has a so-so performance (or worse), then Obama only has to fall on the ball and run out the clock from then until 11/6. The other debates won't matter, unless Obama is so bad that undecideds will be forced to re-adjust their thinking.

Our best hope is that republicans and conservatives are more motivated to vote. Hopefully a lot of the dirtbags will stay home.

Looks like it’s back to 1 again. I can never recall such a media spin prior to an election calling it “over.” Not even in 08.

Now, all of the sudden, with pretty tight polls, the media has been calling it over for weeks now (and a lot of righties are swallowing their prediction).

Reagan was down 8 to Carter less than 2 weeks before the election by Gallup. Imagine if people had of jumped off the cliff then like they’re doing now.

This race is not over, and anyone who tells you it is has an agenda.
