The Bullet reference was a code as to how the whites “federal Govt” want to keep the blacks in their place. It was a very nasty bit a racism on O’s part. Think back to the days of Katrina and what was being said at the time.
I have never heard the “bullet” phrase used before.
Is it common among blacks, referring to being kept on the plantation by the government?
