Do you have one?

What? An Obamaphone? Are you kidding? I'm in the 53%.

And the wording or word is wrong - what’s ‘in President’? Shouldn’t it be in Presidency? Or keep him president?

Not my words. The Obamaphone lady said it on the video that went viral last week. I'm surprised you haven't heard it. Rush and Sean must have played it a hundred times. Each.

Many people have feared that Mitt in his heart of hearts desires the kind of liberal agenda that he enabled in Massachusetts. Maybe that is so and maybe that is not, but few have gotten close enough to Mitt to truly tell.

Yet, I believe Mitt will be far more amenable to the wishes of larger America than Barack Obama would ever be. I say the clothespin noses have it.

I think Romney made the sale with millions of voters tonight, but he's still going to have to prove to me that he's not going to revert to his former liberal ways before I relax a bit.

I must say, though, after listening to him tonight, I'm at least open to giving the man a chance to do that.

Here's the scoop: Romney for all his faults, really loves America, and really has a grasp of finance (see his choice of Ryan as VP).

Because of that, and because of Thatcher's observation about socialism ("sooner or later you run out of other people's money"), and our $16 trillion deficit -- with much much more in unfunded liabilities -- Romney cannot govern as a full-throated liberal for a long, long time.

That being said, beware of his squishy RINO center beneath the cruchy fiscal conservative crust (Court appointments, etc.)

Cheers!

We now have an answer to the burning question “What would have happened if Thurston Howell and Gilligan had debated economics on the island”?

I’m just watching the replay of the debate. I’m surprised Romney kicked ass.

I’m MORE shocked that Jim Leher was actually good. He jumped in to make them clarify, both of them.

I see the left is attacking him so it proves my point! lol

...the GenPub just needs ‘guidance’ to tell them it’s OK to believe what most of them really do...and express it. That being Obama is a total fraud/disaster. Once (perhaps tonight?) this happens, it will landslide.

I think the general public got a reality adjustment about His Highness Obama tonight. The bubble has popped. The toothpaste is out of the tube. The spell has been broken.

What has been seen cannot be unseen. The broad public will never look at him the same way again. His omnipotency has been shown to be a complete charade. He was punked, and the stain cannot be removed.

Just got in. Thanks for all the comments people. Looks like Romney Aced it. Watching the repeat now. Romney succinct with bullet points, very effective. Obama all over the place, almost loose in his association. I think Romney's consise cogent responses rattled Obama. Also, not a fawining moderator and audience. Overall, Romney impressive. Yes, I know his history, but he has to be better than Obama.

My battle cry for this election: We get a Threefer, a vote for Romney, a vote against Obama and a vote against the MSM!

There were only two guys up on that stage.

Pick one, or pick the other. There is no third choice.

It's as easy as that, really.

Truly, until now nobody has really been able to see Barack Obama in a nutshell in the space of a few minutes. That oversight has been corrected. Barack’s position simply stinks far more than Mitt’s and now it’s obvious to any fool.

Like in the story of the naked emperor, everyone knew but nobody dared say it.

In our modern world, the media feed the images and narratives to the public's eyes and ears. Until tonight, many of them had no earthly clue how decrepit and empty Obama is. After tonight, they do.

I'm sure that some network producer is crying his eyes out that he was responsible for removing the (carefully constructed) blinders off the people's eyes.

I believe Mitt will be far more amenable to the wishes of larger America than Barack Obama would ever be.

Well, that's still just a belief for many conservatives at this point. Obviously, Mitt has closed the deal with millions of Americans tonight, but for some of us, he's still got to prove it.

I'm not asking him to be Reagan. I just want a no-nonsense adult in the White House, who understands the fundamentals this country was built on, and who will honestly abide by his sacred oath of office.

Someone who does those two basic things, will be operating as a conservative by default. That's all I ask.

Tuned in on CSPAN. Only the PBS guy interrupted Romney and let nobama run over time and even an occassional “hint” on his talking points.

Afterwards surfed around between FNC and the lefty channels. World of fun watching the libs contemplate jumping off the building. These are max fickel folks. Would hate to have to depend on their loyalty.

The funniest thing I have heard tonight. At MSMBC Johnathan Alter just said President Obama didn’t respond to Romney because he didn’t want to hurt his likability.
