The cover is perfect, I expect the guy might be unemployed real soon. lol
Uh Oh. OTOH, this could be the MSM’s way of jacking up Obama to not just sit on his presumed lead.
This is all leading up to a full on attack by Obama in the next debate.
Romney better be ready with a full on counter-attack.
This should po Obama royally.
They’re either suggesting that Romney is as “crazy” as Eastwood, or that their dear Obama was indeed an empty chair in search of a Teleprompter, an evaluation that flowed thick and fast after the debate from Obama acolytes much further Left than the New Yorker. Remember, though, the New Yorker did that “ironic” fist-bump cover long ago of Mochelle and Barack, dressed as generic revolutionaries, and that too fostered a lot of discussion-—also a cover years ago by MAUS cartoonist Art Spiegelman , of an Orthodox Jew in full religious dress, passionately kissing a black woman. Nuance, don’tcha know?
Fee, Fi, Fo, Fum, I see the crudity of Hillary’s thumb.
But being mocked by the New Yorker?
Barry's thin-skinned vanity is going to take this as some kind of cosmic betrayal. Barry has a huge but fragile ego. This is not going to be without repercussions.
IIRC, didn’t the NYer do a brutal cover of Barack and Michelle early in the administration?
What’s with the Jay Leno chin on Romney ?
Looks 100% accurate to me.
But that was more a way of ridiculing Barry's “far right” critics than a dig at Mr. Infallible.
Thank you, Clint!
Hilarious!!
If Obama attacks Romney on “character issues” (eg, Romney is responsible for outsourcing and layoffs) and Romney just sticks to his “Obama’s record as President is a failure” script, then Obama wins.
If Obama attacks Romney on “character issues”, and Romney responds loud and clear with a “just who is Barak Obama, anyway?” (with lots of examples), then Romney wins.
It’s Romney’s choice.
Wimp-out and lose.
Or fight back and win.
