Silly goose, all little drones are assimilated to their phones; politley ask carriers to patch their gps data to school skynet.

Everyone wins , kids continue to txt and watch their fav events, school is with them 24-7

sounds like the kind of badge I have at work. I wear it and use it to access secured areas. The badge needs to be within inches of a card reader for the chip to register.

These chips are not strong enough be read from a distance.

There is no big deal. The ID cards are ubiquitous and a good thing. The cards tell who entered what entry at what time and when they left.

Most important, a person without the card is denied entry.

I fail to see a problem other than Luddite disgust for change.

Unfortunately, you will have a lot of two-digit IQers (and a lot who vote GOP) support such nonsense as this. Too many these days have no problem with being monitored, video-taped, taking forced vaccines, GMO food, and the like.

This stuff is total Big Brother, and reasonable citizens need to vote out this school board in the next election

So pay some well behaved kid to wear your chip so you always appear to be in the right place.

Separate school and state. Before it is too late.

Well then, parents get rid of this petty dictator wannabe. Organize a group, follow his every move and raise ‘ell about him to every elected official, at every meeting for the rest of his days. He’s full of his commie/fascist self and needs to depart.

If enough parents refuse the tracking device, he’s going to be very busy “punishing” everybody. Let him hang himself with his own big ego.

I listened to an interview with the young lady last night and my blood was boiling. It’s all about the money the school district is set to receive. They strong-armed her pretty badly.

The parents with kids in John Jay High School and Anson Jones Middle School should file a class action lawsuit against the school administration with the Northside Independent School District as a co-defendant.

Use the 2010 Robbins v. Lower Merion School District as part of your suit's justification. This is a total invasion of privacy of the students and needs to be squelched HARD. If the administration persecutes the students and the school board refuses to acknowledge the parents, then it's time to do some serious house cleaning by getting rid of these rats. The administrators responsible need to be fired and school board members who are too arrogant to listen to the parents’ concerns should be thrown out.

Wear radio chip or leave

I would rejoice to be given that second choice. Hated every moment of school from 6th grade on (until college).
