Why Obama Will Lose All Three Debates
American Thinker ^ | 10-8-12 | Monty Pelerin

Posted on 10/08/2012 12:36:51 PM PDT by kingattax

President Obama had a terrible debate last week.

Supporters and opponents were shocked that he could be so off his game. They shouldn't have been. That they were indicates that they don't understand Obama's serious, likely insurmountable re-election problem.

Obama supporters and detractors expect the old Obama to show better form in the next debate.

But that is not going to happen! It cannot, because Obama's critical problem is not correctable.

I hope Monty Pelerin’s analysis is correct, and spot on. If so, we will get our republic back in the hands of We the People. Stayed tuned for the next debate.

Regardless of what happens, even if he falls flat on his face again, the media spin will be “remarkable comeback! This is the Obama we all know!” They were caught off guard and not prepared for what a dismal showing he would have. They will be prepared this next round to put up the good show.

He wasn’t off his game. That’s the best he’s got.

I still don’t want to get cocky. Evildoers like the Marxist always might have tricks up their sleeves. Let’s just enter each debate with humility and hope, just like the first one, and then be pleasantly surprised.

Romney can’t lose the foreign policy one because he has no experience. Obama will have to stay on defense all night. His only success was Osama and possibly pulling out of Iraq.
Everything has been going badly for Obama overseas.

Greek columns. Obama needs more Greek columns. Styrofoam columns will do. Yeah. That is the ticket.

I pray Romney does not relax, but to stay on top of his game. obamma can still be dangerous. As someone else has said, Romney has two opponents, obamma and the moderator (msm) in these debates.

Obama cannot debate.

In 2008 there was nothing to run on except say McCain will be a continuation of Bush. That won’t fly. Now Obama has to defend policies which he cannot defend.

It’s easy for the MSM to toss softballs to Obama when he can give a canned 1 minute answer. Can’t do that now. If Obama says it is Bush’s fault, he is exposed. He cannot take responsibility so it is Romney’s opening. And the MSM has to show some credibility or the Romney campaign can go on the offensive that the MSM is in the bag for Obama.

All Obama can do is hope his attack dogs spin it away after the beating.

Yeah but on the bright side. If he loses the next two debates, Unemployment will be next to 0%.

it is possible that he no longer believes there is truth other than what he wants it to be.

Postmodernist philosophy:

"We should give up the correspondence theory of truth, and start treating moral and scientific beliefs as tools for achieving greater human happiness, rather than as representations of the intrinsic nature of reality."

That when Romney goes for the Florida Jewish vote. He hangs the anti-Jew positions of Hussein out there for the Jewish vote to see.
Heck, Romney has met more time s with Bibi Net this year than Hussein.

He pulled out of Iraq on the original timeline using the Bush strategy that his party had predetermined was a failure. Then he instituted a version of the same strategy in Afghanistan and it has been a failure. The marked difference between the two campaigns is the relative importance of the cities in each nation and how they are tied (or not tied) to overall security. Additionally the ROE in Afghanistan has gotten really bad.

Obama's problem, to put it politely, is his looseness with facts.

One of Romney's most pointed moments (ah, there were many...) was when Obama said that we should not be giving $2.5B in tax credits to oil companies. Romney came back and said that within four years Obama gave the green energy companies $90B, more than the oil companies have ever got through the years combined. Obama looked like a deer in the headlights.

This will be his problem in all the debates.

Does anyone here think the MSM will allow him to lose the next two debates? I bet they have already gotten to the moderators and are have their “comeback” stories written and in the can. However harsh Bob Portman and the crew was last time in preparing Romney, they need to double their efforts, including possibly waterboarding Romney while he is asked questions.
