Barack Obama was not the only loser in the first presidential debate with challenger Mitt Romney on Wednesday. Sen. John Kerry took it on the chin as well.
And, incidentally, so did the Obama lapdogs in the liberal mainstream media who have been apologizing, protecting and covering up for Obama since the day he arrived on the national political scene.
Obama, hesitant, defensive and unprepared in his 90-minute encounter with an aggressive Romney, left the stage in Denver looking as though he had just been waterboarded. And Kerry, Obama's debate coach, could not get out of town fast enough.
And who can blame him? Obama was so bad he should have spent another day as a tourist at Hoover Dam, as he did the day before the debate, and sent out Kerry to cope with the Romney tsunami.
But you couldn't find Kerry. Unlike his counterpart, Sen. Rob Portman of Ohio, who played Obama in Romney's preparatory mock debates, Kerry was not even on hand at the post-debate "spin room," where supporters meet with the media to place their spin on what just took place.

Pretty funny that Kerry takes the blame - since you know Obama wouldn’t have listened to a thing Kerry tried to tell him, anyway.

This is sweet, Kerry is paying a big price for this debacle, and this late in his career, this will be his last big public, image making role.
I guess, with the lovely Terrayza at hand, poor Jon Carry just never developed the technique of a master debater

Someday, Obama will actually take responsibility for something.
In a way, blaming Kerry, though, is kind of deserved. Kerry is such a jerk and a waste of space that he deserves to be thrown undr the bus.
